I'm a moderately advanced weightlifter and Crossfit person. This is fabulous. Caution beginners it is very fast so don't start with heavy weights...I would recommend you start with 1 to 3 pounds if you're a woman who's never lifted and starting out. I'm fairly strong and I used 15 and 10 pounds and it was awesome.

This was my rest day, but I was bored so I decided to try out this video. The instructor, Christine, is excellent. She has the perfect personality to keep you motivated without the over the top yelling you sometimes get in other exercise videos. She is calm, but the workout is intense and fast moving. I really like the inclusion of Dumbbells. It allows you to workout at your own level, and facilitates progression by simply increasing the weight as you get stronger. Perfect!

If I only knew all you need to get fit and muscular are a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat, I wouldn't have paid 40€ monthly for a fitness club membership. This was...AMAZING! 30 minutes crawled and flew by! I had to take a little water break at 15 mins in and for the 'cleans' (is that what it's called when you hike the weight from the ground to standing?) I had to do half a set just to keep good form. But I finished! This had EVERYTHING! Cardio (burpees are kind of a nice break in this one!) strength, toning, kettlebell moves, a little yoga move and a core blast. Christine’s workouts are the best! Intense and to the point. You will sweat, you may cry, but you will feel absolutely amazing when you finish. I remember when I first started her workouts after I had my baby. I was crying, frustrated, and felt so weak. I’m able to keep up now and even strap on leg weights. I’ll say it again - I love her workouts!
My favourite workout till today. Been doing this for almost 3years, 2times a week. With balance diet, I lost 10kg. The exercises in this workout is the most comprehensive one. Given 30mins, you are all covered. No breaks, wasting time in between sets. I love 💕 it. Highly recommend this video!

OMG!!! I just found this workout and I have been working out for years, and at times the workouts aren't as challenging as I want but holy crap this one.... was intense I actually had to pause to get through it, because I needed breaks. And this girl's body is out of control her legs and arms back ugh! its amazing! I will be saving this to do it over and over!
OMG, she's a beast!!! I love it! Modern exercises: burpees, squat thrusts, tick tocks, etc. with fast paced reps, no resting and good level of trainer instruction. This is definitely a good workout (I used to be an athlete, and this makes me realize I'm out of shape!) I probably shouldn't have done a workout before this! :P
I have 7 years doing this workout 2x week and I never bored it! The only change has been to increase the weights. Christine is amazing. This workout helped me to recover me from two abdominal surgeries. Thank you!
I have been doing the video for a few months now. I always switch it up but for some reason I always find my way back to this one. First few times I could barley keep up and would kind of tap out at the end abs section. I work out constantly and this video always challenges me. I still can’t quite keep up ... but today I finished the entire thing full throttle in a puddle of sweat. Thank you 😊

I needed a change after doing fitness blender for the last 6 months so I decided to do this since it incorporates weights with cardio. This kicked my ass! I got through it, but I had to stop a few times towards the end and I couldn't go as fast. I really half assed some of the moves, but I will incorporate this into my workouts. Hopefully next time ill get it all right!

My gosh! It looks simple when she does it, but it is not. Additionally, I am amazed that she is not out of breath with all the quick movements and talking. My breathing was labored 2 mins in! I am ahh-amazed to the 10th degree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Past two and half years I have lost almost 16 kg and this video has helped very much. Above of all, this workout helped me get more muscle and I think it's very important. As we know, more muscle means higher metabolism. So, even if I sometimes eat much because of friend's invitation, I can keep the same weight and the same body shape...(or recover very quickly...) I think the reason why the workout is so fast is because it increases the intensity which means you burn more fat/calories in the 30 minutes. Plus I think you keep on burning even after you work out.

This is one of the only quick workouts I've found that stretches me to the max.
