Hi Jessica! Just found your workouts today. I did two of your 10 min. walking workouts before I did your kickboxing workout. It ROCKED!! I did Taekwondo years ago; loved it but could not afford the classes anymore. I’ve done other great cardio kickboxing classes on RUclips, but this one (yours) made me feel like I was working out hard in class all over again. Thank you very much for your effort in putting all of this together. Feel great and had a great time.

Week 1 schedule completed. I was going to skip this one because I spent the day shopping. I consider shopping cardio but I'm glad I didn't. For the past couple of months I've just been doing yoga and my body is feeling the difference. Looking forward to next week. Thanks
Wow. This was a great workout in only 15 minutes. It had me sweating and it was fun. He is a very good teacher and Jessica Smith is one of my favorite instructors.

What an awesome quick fat burner! I definitely utilized much of the tips on form and execution in your "Most Common Kickboxing Mistakes" video and noticed a difference right away! Your Sensei Gomez is an amazing instructor! Onward to the Interval Walk for more sweating!!
Day 9 done. I love this one! It is always in my rotation along with the other 3 kickboxing dvds of your hubby! I am so glad you introduced us to him! I love his videos! I did this 2 times and what a stress reliever! I was working out next to the Christmas tree and I have bells on the tree. It was so cool hearing the bells cheering me on! Lol

This video is terrific. Guillermo your tips have been really useful. Through doing JSTV workouts I enjoyed the kickboxing so I joined a Muay Thai in Hong Kong and I love going. The guys are great and very patient with me but no one speaks English so although I love it, am improving and getting strong I don't always 'get' the technique. It was so nice to exercise with you both this morning. As it was only a 17 minute routine I have time for another one. Thanks so much

Day 9 done. I enjoy kickboxing it makes you feel tough and powerful but an exercise where form is important. This was a good teaching workout but was still fun. I love the way you involve family, friends and pets in your workouts Jessica. I also did Stride and Strength and Spicy walk with your mom and a disappearing peanut too! All great fun!

Sorry to hear that Stephanie.. while its hard to tell what is going on over the internet, if you aren't used to kickboxing you may be really feeling it the next day. We definitely don't want your joints to hurt so please be careful with your form and build into it gradually :-)

I love your kickboxing workouts! I own your 10 minute kickboxing dvd, cross training dvd, and I am going to get the 3 dvd cardio kickboxing set soon. I think it's awesome you make them with your hubs :) Now if you can just get Peanut to do some kicking moves too...
This is the second time I've done this workout, and I just love it! It really works all my muscles. Last time I did it I was quite sore the next day. I have a feeling I will be yet again! :)

I'm loving this challenge because there's not much time during this crazy season. Trying to add an additional one in the evenings, but that's hard to do sometimes! Thanks for always inspiring me.
