This was so great! I wanted to stop around the 20 minute mark. Very powerful workout, no matter what your fitness level. I feel like my fitness level is pretty high, but half-way through switched to 8 lb weights. Thank you for your workouts. A huge thing that is so great about your videos - you are not half naked and therefore I am not nervous about my small children walking in on a workout! I just love your walk and workout videos. I'm 63 and cancer-patient for 6 years, It comes and go's and life became insecure. About a year ago I started using weight-loss videos - walking workouts till I found your videos about 3 months ago. The weight-loss set in and at the same time my strength returned, my waist line improved (witch was awesome, never could get that done), lost almost 4cm there. I have to add that my mental state improved with everything else. in stead of battling against the over weight, 66-67 kilos (I know it dos n't seem much but I was and looked blown up, puffed) to almost 60 kilo's I used to be about 56-58 kilo. I use your month chart for the exercises and love it. Thank you. I enjoy your session very much and it s almost addictive. :-))

I love this video, just like I love all of your others. At 57, I will start whining half way through the workout, but I never give up. I started using your videos around Christmas, doing the easier ones. Now I am up to 3 cardio and 3 weight videos a week. I can't believe it, but I am getting stronger week after week. +Cathy Pendell Me, too, Cathy! I am 58, actually, with 59 looming in May, but I see Jessica as a wonderful daughter, a person urging me on to keep up with working out, despite my age. Some of these workouts focus on 20 or 30 year olds, but I feel as if Jessica keeps all the possibilities open. It's something about her voice and her humility, I think.
Love that this workout challenges you physically as well as mentally by having to go all the way back to the beginning a couple of times. I have had a bit of a life-getting-in-the-way break from working out so it feels extra good to get through this today!
Absolutely loving your fall fitness challenge! After coming home from 5hrs at uni followed by a 8 hr work shift I just did your workout, even though it is now 00:41 here in Switzerland, that's how much I'm loving it! :D now I'm checking out what's up for tomorrow so I'll be able to have all equipment ready. This was a great workout! I upped the weights to 8lbs and am really feeling it right now. :) I have been working really hard to come home after a long day of teaching, being on my feet all day, and workout 5 times during the week. My clothes are fitting better and I feel so much better. I am amazed with just adding one additional day to my workout week! I know it's a combination of several things but it's a great feeling all around. It's keeping me motivated to maintain! Thanks Jessica!!!
Oh my goodness! I did this with 10lb weights and all I can say is WOW! What a difference that increase in weights made. Definitely sweaty and worked out. It felt so good to see how much I've increased my strength since starting with jessicasmithtv! I wasn't sure if I had the mental strength to keep going with those 10lb weights but I didn't quit and it felt so good at the end. Did this workout for FITIN15 day 2 and I find I really have gotten much stronger over the past month--can do all the overhead presses (and there's a lot). After my roller derby injury I thought I'd never be able to weight train again, but the slow and steady pace you set in your challenges works great for me and I am so happy to be seeing improvement. Done for day 5. I never thought I'd ever be able to use a 10 lb weight. When I started your workouts in June, there was no way I was able to. Now with consistent practice, I can use a 10 lb weight, although only one on side at a time. It's so exciting to feel progress being made! Nanci
I found out the next day, that the negative pushups really tested my muscles. I could really feel that I had worked those muscles. Clearly I need to do this workout more often.

Day 5 done. Paired this with the beginners walking exercise. Was feeling a bit sore from day 4 so wasn't sure how I would get through but so glad that I didn't put it off. Body feels warm so not so ached. Struggled with the planks but upper body not so strong but room for change. Thanks for instructing us to have our feet shoulder width apart for the lunges. Always avoided these because they used to hurt my knees but found doing what you said really helped. Felt no strain on my knees. I'm determined to stick with this challenge. Having you motivating us on the video's and when we check in is so encouraging and makes me want to keep going. Thank you

On your channel I have finally found some workouts that get my heart rate up enough to help me lose weight but don't wipe me out for the entire day. After several years of health problems, I had gained some weight but after just a couple of months of working out to your channel, I've lost over 10 pounds, and I'm not even counting calories. Another fabulous workout Jessica! I swapped the arm raises for bicep curls later down in the workout when I was getting tired. Loved the negative push-ups!
Day 2 of #Fitin15 done! Ended my day with this and did some walking, your 10 min. Interval walk, a 5 min wake up workout, some independent bodyweight stuff, and cleaning. Day 3 is primed and ready for the morning. I love this program! I honestly didn't think I'd make it through this bonus, but I did! I used heavier soup cans and a 4lb. Ball. I'm sleeping good tonight!!
This is a perfect workout for people like me who enjoy strength training but hate cardio (and definitely can't do a bunch of jumping around). My new favorite.

I am still following your rotation although I'm a week behind. I was looking forward to this one, because although it is tough it is a good measure of my progress. Today for the first time I was able to do a few negative push ups properly, lowering all the way to the floor, without giving in to gravity half way and just dropping like I did before! Great cardio workout too. Thanks as always.
All done with Chisel and Burn. Boy, I was burning. Also walked 30 minutes on treadmill. Feeling pretty accomplished since under the weather with chest cold. No fever so workouts generally help me feel better sooner. Thanks for another great workout!
Did this for the Fit in 15 challenge. This one was a bit of a challenge but I love the modifications. I made it through. I also got a little walk in while out sweeping the snow off the steps of the apartments.

Wow! I only had 30 minutes tonight and boy did I pick a good one! This was the perfect combo of strength and cardio (due to compound movements)! I loved it!
Thank you for this workout - the perfect combination of strength and cardio. I usually dont enjoy following a workout with weights (I usually freestyle) but I really like the way you instruct with weights. It isn't intimidating and I can actually keep up with the pace.

I just stubbled upon this video while looking for something a bit different for a workout. Wow this was great. I realize this is older but man what a workout! Between Hasfit and Jessicasmith Im actually getting into shape.
Day 2 done. This was so tough. I haven’t yet received my Walking DVDs so I had to choose something else. Did the 20 min Calorie Crushing Cardio. I admit that many times I was tempted to stop, but I kept at it, focusing on how good I would feel when I was done. So glad I didn’t quit! Nanci

Oh yeah ... back at it with this workout today. This workout is INTENSE and even though I wondered if I would make it through - I DID! I worked on my mental strength which helped me push through for physical gains. Your workouts are the BEST ... keep up the great work!

Day 5 done - whew! I was a little scared of this one (all the lunges and overhead presses). Pretty proud of myself that I stayed with it. Did have to go down in weight, but can really feel my shoulders and thighs. I'm liking the way I feel - more strength, more energy. Going to keep rollin'.

I really liked this workout! Somehow, Jessica manages to work every part of the body in every workout while making each workout unique! My daughter and I started training for a 5K yesterday, so these workouts will help me prepare by keeping me strong!
Day 2 of FITIN15 done. Took a dance walk first thing this morning and added this one in the evening. I notice that I feel less tired all day when I exercise first thing in the morning - I need to remember what a good investment of time it is. Feel better, look better, more endureance! Woo hoo!

Whoo. I did a 16 minute mile with Leslie Sansone for a change up and then did this Bonus Workout for the Tues. Jan 6 #fitin15 . I couldn't do all the moves in this video, but I have saved it to try another day! My knees are very bad and the lunges kicked my butt, but if I continue to work on them, maybe they'll get easier. I just finished the 6 wk Walk Strong series.. moving on to phase 2. This was my first time doing this workout and I was able to do the entire video with 5# weights, but the push ups were a tough spot for me :-) .. I thought it was great! Cannot believe how much of a cardio effect this one has! I was dripping sweat and my heart was pumping! I was seriously groaning and moaning during this one. I appreciated the motivation toward the end as a big tall glass of water was calling my name! Lol! I drank it after I finished! 😊

I do love these workouts. Some of them go a little too fast for me at times so I just keep going at the pace that is good for me and I get as much benefit without going fast. I'm very grateful that JessicaSmithT V has provided these videos for all to use. Thanks so much Jessica. I've been able to stick with it because of you and I'm more fit and more happy.
Day 2 of fit in 15 done. LOVED the cardio core walk this morning, didn't love those downward push ups this arvo as much :) Amazing how hard that controlled downward movement is!! But got through it, and as you said, I do feel better for it now that it is done :)

#FITIN15 #Workout 1 & 2: This is Day 1 for me, so I completed the "Jump Start Cardio" Full Length 15-Minute Fat Burning workout. I only have the "Walk On" DVD series (not the Walk on 21), so my 30-minute workout included the Flat Abs Walk. It's nice to be able to get a good full body workout equipment or having to go to the gym. Good stuff!

Day 5 done! Skipped the first reverse push ups, didn't realize I could just stay on my knees. Am not in place where I can plank just yet. Lots of the posture and exercise notes you said at the end would of been helpful towards the beginning of the moves, like for the angle lunges and rows.

Day 2 of Fitin15 Done! I took Bugsy to the vet this morning in -22 degrees and forgot my gloves so it took me about half an hour before I could actually hold a dumbbell! This was THE toughest strength workout I have done yet! In the videos when you wear the white workout top I've noticed a definite pattern of going from the beginning each time! Remind me to check your top colour next time! ;) Seriously, this was tough but I feel great and my arms are still vibrating!

Wow! I only had 30 minutes tonight and boy did I pick a good one! This was the perfect combo of strength and cardio (due to compound movements)! I loved it!
Thank you for this workout - the perfect combination of strength and cardio. I usually dont enjoy following a workout with weights (I usually freestyle) but I really like the way you instruct with weights. It isn't intimidating and I can actually keep up with the pace.

Completed day 5 of last week today. This one is tough with the back lunges. I also completed days 3, 4,5 and 6 of the walking 30 day plan on Fri & Sat. I'll be doing the fusion band workout today along with day 8 of the walking challenge. Thanks for all the great workouts!

I just stubbled upon this video while looking for something a bit different for a workout. Wow this was great. I realize this is older but man what a workout! Between Hasfit and Jessicasmith Im actually getting into shape.
Day 2 done. This was so tough. I haven’t yet received my Walking DVDs so I had to choose something else. Did the 20 min Calorie Crushing Cardio. I admit that many times I was tempted to stop, but I kept at it, focusing on how good I would feel when I was done. So glad I didn’t quit!

Another great workout!!! I like the change of pace from cardio to strength training. Keeps things interesting and my body guessing what it's going to have to do next.
Oh yeah ... back at it with this workout today. This workout is INTENSE and even though I wondered if I would make it through - I DID! I worked on my mental strength which helped me push through for physical gains. Your workouts are the BEST ... keep up the great work!

Day 5 done - whew! I was a little scared of this one (all the lunges and overhead presses). Pretty proud of myself that I stayed with it. Did have to go down in weight, but can really feel my shoulders and thighs. I'm liking the way I feel - more strength, more energy. Going to keep rollin'.

WOW!!! This was really good and I did it with 10 lb weights and it was my first time doing any exercise routine with 10 lb weights! I have reached a new milestone, jessicasmithtv I was at the highest of 5, then 8, and now 10, YIPPEEE! Thank-you for helping me reach a new weight lifting goal!
I really liked this workout! Somehow, Jessica manages to work every part of the body in every workout while making each workout unique! My daughter and I started training for a 5K yesterday, so these workouts will help me prepare by keeping me strong!
Day 2 of FITIN15 done. Took a dance walk first thing this morning and added this one in the evening. I notice that I feel less tired all day when I exercise first thing in the morning - I need to remember what a good investment of time it is. Feel better, look better, more endureance! Woo hoo!

Whoo. I did a 16 minute mile with Leslie Sansone for a change up and then did this Bonus Workout for the Tues. Jan 6 #fitin15 . I couldn't do all the moves in this video, but I have saved it to try another day! My knees are very bad and the lunges kicked my butt, but if I continue to work on them, maybe they'll get easier. This was my first time doing this workout and I was able to do the entire video with 5# weights, but the push ups were a tough spot for me :-) .. I thought it was great! Cannot believe how much of a cardio effect this one has! I was dripping sweat and my heart was pumping! I was seriously groaning and moaning during this one. I appreciated the motivation toward the end as a big tall glass of water was calling my name! Lol! I drank it after I finished! 😊

I do all sorts of workouts, beach body, TRX, fitness blender, but I always LOVE my Jessica Smith workouts - I am dripping with sweat after this one!
Almost forgot to come and check in. day 2 - complete! Even though I couldn't get out and walk I did a short 10-min walk and did the 30 min bonus workout.

I do love these workouts. Some of them go a little too fast for me at times so I just keep going at the pace that is good for me and I get as much benefit without going fast. I'm very grateful that JessicaSmithT V has provided these videos for all to use. Thanks so much Jessica. I've been able to stick with it because of you and I'm more fit and more happy.
Day 2 of fit in 15 done. LOVED the cardio core walk this morning, didn't love those downward push ups this arvo as much :) Amazing how hard that controlled downward movement is!! But got through it, and as you said, I do feel better for it now that it is done :)
Haha, guess I should explain myself. The setting and music on Sole Sculpt is sooo beautiful, it makes me feel like I'm on vacation!!! We don't get to see all that around here ;) Thanks again; I think this Fall challenge is your best yet!

#FITIN15 #Workout 1 & 2: This is Day 1 for me, so I completed the "Jump Start Cardio" Full Length 15-Minute Fat Burning workout. I only have the "Walk On" DVD series (not the Walk on 21), so my 30-minute workout included the Flat Abs Walk. It's nice to be able to get a good full body workout equipment or having to go to the gym. Good stuff!

Great workout, there is no impact, and try to follow you almost all time, i get tired and sweat a lot, thanks for sharing it.
Day 5 done! Skipped the first reverse push ups, didn't realize I could just stay on my knees. Am not in place where I can plank just yet. Lots of the posture and exercise notes you said at the end would of been helpful towards the beginning of the moves, like for the angle lunges and rows.

Day 2 of Fitin15 Done! I took Bugsy to the vet this morning in -22 degrees and forgot my gloves so it took me about half an hour before I could actually hold a dumbbell! This was THE toughest strength workout I have done yet! In the videos when you wear the white workout top I've noticed a definite pattern of going from the beginning each time! Remind me to check your top colour next time! ;) Seriously, this was tough but I feel great and my arms are still vibrating!
