Day 2 #SummerOfStrength done. Phew!! My first workout in a month, but I made it!! So thankful for Jessica and this community here who continue to encourage me, even when I feel less than my best.
This is my first checkin in a while but I've continued the Summer Shape Up redo, Focus T25, and Adriene's Foundations of Yoga every day. My Dad was really ill but got out of the hospital Monday and into short-term rehab to regain his strength. He's settled in well and is already making great progress. I finally came home last night to find that my t-shirts arrived yesterday. I love, love, love them! Thanks so much for all you do, Jessica. Your workouts and support have helped to keep me sane in the last weeks!

Summer of Strength 2020 😀. Still on lockdown and using this fantastic opportunity to work on my fitness. I loved doing this routine this evening. I haven’t done it in a long, long while and it has been a terrific to rediscover it today. This routine might be short but it certainly isn’t easy. The music is really motivating and the workout moves at a fast pace. Absolutely fabulous 💪💪💪💪💪
I'm trying to get over my post-concussion syndrome by exercising more. I realized just how out of shape I have been since my accident! Thanks for this new challenge Jessica Smith ! I completed this workout today and will do the leg day workout tomorrow!

Summer of Strength Day 2 complete. I also did yesterday's leg workout and my legs are still burning. I love these challenges because it gets me out of my comfort zone and makes me work. Day 20 is finished! The last time I did this workout I had to modify so much, but this time I was able to complete the entire thing without modifying! I love being able to tell how far I've come!
Jessica, I love -at short times hate- this incredible workout. My neck hurts -tiny bone spur- but my arms are a bit flabby, and I needed this workout. . . It wasn't easy, it felt at times long. . . but I did it! And very happy about it. Thank you!!! Sept, 23, 2019
#SOS Week 1/Day 2: Completed. Got a good sweat and got my first 20 minutes of exercise out of the way. Going for at least 30 minutes daily. Have a blessed day!
This arm workout is WAY harder than it looks. I consider myself to be pretty strong in my shoulders and arms, but this had me BURNING! Great as always Jessica :)
Day 2 of Summer of Strength done! I'm so proud of myself for doing this after my run! When we ran this morning, it was already 75 degrees, with 72% relative humidity (at 7:30 am)! I did day one of SOS yesterday--a non-running day--since it was all legs and lower body, so I wanted to make sure I did the upper body today, but the humidity just about got to me! I'm so glad I didn't use that as an excuse to not do today's work-out. Thanks for all your inspiration and encouragement....and another great work-out!
I had a migraine Wednesday, so I also took yesterday off, but I got back to it today. Felt great after finishing this workout so added 12 Minute Butt Lift, 15 Minute Abs, Butt & Thighs and Total Body Workout for Beginners. (I hate when I'm in the workout groove and getting sick knocks me off my rhythm!)
Abs ✓ Arms ✓ Perfect for my small workout space! Getting back into exercising after a break for the holidays. This felt great today! Love the lighter weights with higher reps. As always, thanks for another great workout, Jessica!
Day 2 of #SummerofStrength week 1 - complete! I'm so glad today we focused on the upper body. Really needed that especially considering what we did yesterday. Another thing I wanted to say is that I'm noticing that all these pushups we've been doing are really helping strengthen my chest area. I'm really happy to start seeing progress like that.

My back was out of place at the start of the week so I had to wait to get started! I did legs yesterday and I am sooo sore!!! I am doing arms and abs and strength in stillness today to try and catch up! I need the core work because of my bad knees and back!!
Just did it this morning. Thank you for all your workouts. I had to work a lot this month and those shorter workouts really help. 5 lb was a little light for me this time except for the fore arms.
An old ankle injury is kicking up and preventing me from doing much that requires using my legs so this workout was perfect for this morning. My balance has improved a lot but I still have difficulty with the triceps balance move on my weaker side. I can definitely see improvement even there, though. Thanks!
This is a great workout with some interesting sets. I enjoyed it and the 22 minutes passed quickly. I was challenged too.💪! I added this to one of Jessica's DVD Upper Focussed workouts today and they partnered really well. My cat didn't join me on the mat today but had a ringside seat on the sofa watching our moves.
Another great workout! I was still sore from doing Total Body from WS3 two days ago, so I went with my 4 lb. weights, and it was perfect! I never felt like I was at the end of my ability, but still felt challenged.
Day two of #SummerofStrength completed! I'm so sore from yesterday's Leg Day so I'm glad this was a shorter workout! I look forward to tomorrow's workout!

Second time through on SOS day 2! Going running after this, so I'm nice and warmed up now. I like this workout, but I had to be careful during the exercises that required me to be on my knees because I tripped over my dog while running the other day and now I have a great big scab on my left knee! Yes, I'm still taking my dog with me to run, but now I know that he can't maintain his lane! Thanks for a great workout, Jessica!
Day 2 Week 1 of #SummerofStrength done!! I don't remember ever doing this before but still loving it. My shoulder has been acting up so stuck with just 3-lb weights and still felt it. Did the 13-Min Quick Stretch as an extra cool down and stretch. In the afternoon did Mile 3 Power Posture and Mile 4 Turbo Charged Walks (with the warm up and cool down of course) and the 5-Min Fix Stretch. I try to throw in some extra stretching when I can because I've been feeling quite stiff and sore a lot over the past couple of months. Anyhoo, can't wait for Strength in Stillness tomorrow!! Good job to everyone!
