My kids and I love the videos and use them 4-5 times a week. What a great way to work out, have fun, and take a break from daily routine. I love that you are dressed well and family friendly! :) But, most of all I love that my 3 year old is entertained by infamous Peanut! Thanks for all you do...

23 weeks pregnant and still loving this workout! My only modification is a regular squat at the end instead of a narrow squat. My belly just recently "popped" and I can't squat down very far if my knees are touching. :) Thanks for all your great workouts, Jessica!

Buns and Guns completed THANK YOU jessica! Went thru it with 3,lbs the triceps presses& pulses strained my neck so I struggled made a few stops then jumped back in YES I did curse a little even before you mentioned it that was pretty funny:-) ALWAYS a joy working out with you Thank you jessica :-)
I'm using this week's schedule but mixing it up....my heavy weigths are not where I am right now so I'm keeping Strong Strength for another day! Lovely new workout, Peanut seems to be smiling quite a bit in this one!

I just had outpatient surgery last week, and I've really been struggling with energy. I'm so thankful for your workouts. I can still workout so I don't completely lose all my strength, but I can do low impact ones like this one and not wipe myself out.
Hi Jessica, I thought I would struggle with this one (I am morbidly obese), but I realllly wanted to try something different. So I did it w/ the 3 lb weights and I LOVE it. Obviously I had to modify some of the moves to make them work for me but I still got the full effect. Thank you for making such awesome workouts! XOXO
Now, that was a killer. thought my arms were going to drop off (was using 2 x2kg weights)... awesome and Jessica's unique gentle, yet motivational approach got me through it. thanks. loving ur workouts Jessica x
This one is wonderful and I definitely think my arms and shoulders are going to say a big hello later today. It has been a long time since I have done this one and it has been great rediscovering it this morning during my morning break time. Those press backs while doing plies were really tough for me and I had to put down my weights. I definitely need more practice doing those💪. The Barefoot Grooves music adds so much to this already excellent routine. Thanks Jessica. I won’t leave it so long before I do this one again.

Great video, Jessica! I couldn't quite get all the reps in without severe muscle cramps in some of the exercises, though. Anyone who says Barre isn't really a workout is crazy!

Day 12 of the February Fusion challenge completed! I didn't think I had done this one before, but apparently I did 3 years ago! This was a TOUGH workout for me! I am the worst at barre workouts, so they are actually good for me to do, as they challenge me the most. But not my favorite thing to do! I couldn't do every single repetition for each move, but didn't pause very long, just one or two reps then back at it. I am sweaty now though! I think I'll be feeling this tomorrow!

Thanks Jessica -- that one was really great and it was definitely cardio for me! I think I cheated a little not keeping my standing knee bent in some of it. My balance felt really good in this one though -- it is really starting to improve.
BOY I'm really feeling this one today total soreness! I'm alternating routines this week,today I'll be doing the cardio mat fusion never done it before so I can't wait!! :-)

This one was a challenge, used 5 pound wieght, will be doing this again...........LOVE BARRE workouts!!!!!!
