    I love your workouts. I am an older (40 something) dancer getting back in shape and returning from a long break (injury) to dance. These are great for building my endurance and strength without impact or building bulk. Thank you so much!

    I started this with my 7-lb. weights and VERY quickly changed my mind. Even with my 4-pounders this was a challenge. Another great set, thank you, Jessica!

    I really love this one, too! I found it tough with 5 lb. weights after yesterday's Met Con 5. I had to drop to regular biceps curls and do a few less reps on some of the other moves. I love working the abs with the ball. It puts all the work on the abs by removing the ability of the legs to help out. Evil brilliance! 😉😉

    I had to go from 5 to 4 to 3 lbs for this one as I think my upper body was pretty tired from Met Con....The abs work is really unique and effective, I love working with the small ball!

    Day 24 of #fusionfebruary and I found this tougher than I remembered but I had a great workout. I really appreciated all of Jessica’s motivation today. My goodness those bicep curls were hard and those hip lifts with the ball... I am going to feel it tomorrow. Thanks Jessica for such a fabulous February of fusion. It has been a ball..l

    This workout was perfection!! I feel like everything got worked, it got my heartrate up, and had an absolutely awesome soundtrack - tha best teacher, of course!! :-) I am loving these ball workouts. Thankyou so much!!

    Been working out with you now since Febuary 2015, starting off with your walking programmes before steadily progressing to more strength workouts as my fitness levels incresed. Enjoying these workouts this week as well as early morning walking workouts. Felt this one was short but to the point this evening compared to the longer workouts. Used 3lb weights all the way through and loved the abs work at the end. Thanks Jessica x

    I lift heavy weights and this was tough...high reps...burning muscles! Used 5 lbs and I was ready to be through with the arm work. this was a quick, dirty workout...loved it. I also followed it with the cardio abs and it was a great combination. Worked the muscle soreness out! Thanks Jessica...you are very creative in working us out!

    This one really worked me to my pleasant surprise, I had kind of underestimated it cuz it said 20 minute(didn't see the 'strong'). Thanks Jess. I'm looking forward to the 'Met Con 5'. I hope to be able to do tomorrow. Thank You

    Just finished this & it was all over the place for I enjoyed it & felt the burn but I felt even with 3lbs a little unbalanced and kinda frustrated but I'll continue to work at it thank YOU jessica!

    3 lb weights was plenty for me after Met Con yesterday. The addition of the ball was great!
    I’d like to see some ideas for medicine balls in the future. I know that wouldn’t work with this workout.

    I LOVED this!!!!!! It was challenging but not too difficult (except for the hip raises at the end, my abs were on fire!) I loved it all because it had a few new moves and was Barre-inspired. I love barre work...I think I'm going to rehydrate and do it AGAIN!!!

    Absolutely loved the bicycle crunches with the ball! The hip twist was really tough and i will work on that some more! Fabulous workout!!!

    Oh my word!! That was a killer. I upped my weight and had to stop several times to keep my form. By the end I felt like Peanut!!! Great workout especially paired with your new 15min belly, buns, thighs sculpt. Thanks for such quality workouts!

    Oh boy! I normally do your barre workouts with 1kg weights which was getting a little too comfortable, so I thought I would try this with 2kg. Wow that was tough! I had to drop back to 1kg for part of the time - my shoulders were burning! Thanks for saying we could bend our knees in that last core move - I wouldn't have got through it otherwise!

    I think your barre workouts are my favourites :). I enjoyed the music, but could you tell me the beats per minute? I'm looking for something peppy to use when I run. I'd like something about 65 bpm.

    Hi Jessica,
    If you really want to tone your upper body and your eating lean foods how many times a week can this exercise be done in order to see results. I workout regularly, but my upper body is the least toned and hardest for me.

    Subscriber Appreciation Week Workout #4 done! Well, technically it's just #3 for me since I didn't do the Metcon 5 one :( I still need a few more practice before tackling that one but I will get there eventually! This really kicked my butt and I almost quit many, MANY times but kept thinking about what you said here, "There's always an option before we quite - find a way to make it work". I think that's my new favorite workout mantra HAHAHA! Thanks again for this one, jessicasmithtv and woohoo to everyone!

    Hi Jessica, I really like working out with you but, there are certain exercises that I just can not do, I have Varicose Veins behind my legs and left foot, at times it does relieve pain do you have any suggestions for making my workouts with ease?
