You do not know how graceful I am to have come across your videos. I'm over weight, and it's harder for me to workout. This is such an easy workout for me. I've been doing this workout for two weeks now, five or six times a week, sometimes twice a day and I already lost around five pounds, with a diet as well. I'm seriously happy with the results I'm getting. My friends have noticed and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! LOTS OF LOVE !
My first attempt of this was about a month ago and I was so unfit and only could manage about 1/3 of this workout without stopping half way through the moves... Fast forward a month on and I just completed the whole thing without unnecessary quitting :) I love this workout and has inspired me to go to a kick boxing class in my local area!

I love Joanna's workouts too this is the first time doing this one though I cant do the jumping and have to do a lot of low impact because my knee dislocates (I'm seeing a specialist) I've only done it once and I wanna take kickboxing classes :) But so far in the past 5 months I've lost 10 kgs... gained 3 lost 3 gained 2 lost 2 but overall im 10kgs lighter than my starting weight! lol I have another 40 to lose but ITS AWESOME!!! Learn all that you can while you can and question everything xx don’t allow anyone to convince you that there’s a norm you can’t access, the world is big enough and strange enough to accomodate to your needs and desires

I love this workout. I lost 38 pounds 5 years ago and have for the most part have kept it off. I have gained 3-8 pounds here and there. I am always looking for a different workout that will challenge me and make me sweat, this workout accomplished that.
As someone who is on the chubby side, I managed to do 23 minutes and I am quite proud of myself! Absolutely drenched! Definitely the most interesting cardio I've seen to date and I will be back tomorrow for more! Thank you!

Few years ago I came across this video when I was trying really hard to lose weight but nothing helped. I continued this workout for over 3 months and I lost 11kgs! It was a huge deal for someone like me who couldn't lose weight at all n kept building muscles. I had to stop after a while since continuing this for a long time with diet kind of made me a little thinner than I wanted to be. But now I'm back since I'm having the same issue and I gained a few unnecessary inches. It's day 5 for me and I can already FEEL the change! it's keeps me energized for the whole day!
Manisha Shukla yes definitely! It helped me! From what I think there are types of workouts that don't work on us and the ones that do. This one really helped me lose weight and inches together without making me too bulky
I have a tendency of putting on weight easily ....though I HV started working out.....i want to lose some 7-8 kgs...that's it....don't want to be skinny at all.....will this help me in losing weight if I do it 5 times a week

Joanna, this is a revelation!! I've been looking for a new home workout program, and found nothing that I could stick with, for more than a few days. This has been going on for 2 months now. I have tried almost all of your workouts before, and really like them, so on Monday morning, I just randomly picked this one from your list. What a change that was! I've done it every morning for 4 days now, and I am stunned at the impact this alone with a healthy diet plan has already! I have quite a few trouble areas that normal home workouts didn't help with in the past. After only 4 days my upper back, my waist, even my legs, have already started to get more lean. There is no visible difference, but the puffiness is gone, my clothes all fit much, much better :)) and the energy it gives me to start the day, are all success factors for me! So to sum it up, I'll continue to follow this video as my main workout routine, and mix it up with abs, legs and arms, for more definition. Thank you so much :D! I wish you an excellent day!

Yes it works.. thru this workout I've lost 15pounds in mere 3months. Also I used to eat clean and homemade food and took my dinner by 7. Again I've put on the weight that I have lost.. so following this workout again. It's effective. Thank you Johanna.. I'm so grateful to you for this one.
I workout around 5 times a week, and over a course of a year, I loss 20 pounds. I did this through doing your channel, and Blogilates! But I haven't done kick boxing in ELEVEN MONTHS. I don't know why! I forgot how fun this was. I got into the shorts I wore when I first started working out (Over a year ago) and they're so big now, but it felt so good going back to the basics. Man, I'll so be doing this kickboxing twice a week now. It's so much fun! Thanks Joanna! I had a lot of joy in doing this!

Hey Joanna! I've been doing this workout for four to five times a week, and it's been quite a long time since . On some days, I do an hour of these! Sweaty yet satisfying! Well, you tried to kill me.. I had to pause at least 4 times.. I couldn't do the sumo one but I improvised with a weight lift, jog in place move for now. BUT I did it all, in a reasonable time and I feel a bit accomplished! lol I've lost 90 pounds this past year by walking, and changing my eating habits.. I hike and swim and walk miles.. BUT, I have not really gotten into cardio. I'm trying to tighten some lose skin, and wake my muscles up. From a video game junky to an outdoors explorer. One day at a time, soon I plan to do this video without stopping. LOL .. yes.. soon.. Thanks for the video's, I try to mix mash different 30 minute work outs every other day. Yours have been a favored one for beginning and low impact.
I have done many Joanna workouts but this is my first time doing this one and it is my favorite one so far, so fun! In the last few months I have lost 7 pounds and more fit thanks to her videos and recipes, thank you so much! today I had no motivation to go out of the house and run; however, I still decided that I needed to work out today and thank God this popped in my recommendations. OH MY GOD!! I'm huffing and puffing and drenched in sweat. I'm so out of shape and ridiculously over weight. I had done thirty minutes on the treadmill before this workout so my legs are like jello! I loved it! Hopeful by the end of this month I'll be able to fly through this workout! Tons of love going your way!!

Thanks so much Joanna. I'm always looking for good cardio workouts with little impact, I have sciatica that makes it difficult to do anything too jarring. I just completed this workout and burnt 230 calories. I'm 163 cm and 60 kg and not very active. It was a bit hard to complete the workout, and even though I am not overweight I need to lose a few kgs. Good luck, keep going, you can do it!! :)
i usually go to the cardio kickboxing class at my local gym, but they don't have the class everyday and the times don't always work out for me. So glad i found this though! This is my new alternative, thank you so much!
I'm drenched in sweat and I feel good but umm..i didn't do the last workout ( the sumo squat to push up..) it was too hard but i did stay for the stretches and i feel sooo good!

I might try this tonight after my 10 sets of pull ups with my legs extended out in front. At 61 I try to stay as fit as possible. Thank you for you BMR formula. I have dropped 7 lbs. in the last 6 weeks.

And i just want to say that thank you so much :) yesterday my first workout (going up and down the stairs) i got 31 inches in my belly and 21 inches in my thighs. Then i saw your video so i tried following it today and now I got a result of 29.3 inches in my belly, and 21.2 inches in my thighs . thank you so muuuuchh
Kharla Lim A 12 year old can work out. It's healthy. Just don't lift weights 'cause that's not good for the growth of someone your age. I wish you all the best with your journey to a healthier weight. Also, you are beautiful so ignore what the bullies say. It's hard to do, but I'm sure you'll be able to do it. I was bullied at your age because of my weight. Let's just say that after becoming more active, I am slimmer than quite a number of those bullies now :)

Holy cow. I was just watching this only CONSIDERING doing a youtube workout today instead of my bike. I just decided to jump in for a few moves to see if they were easy enough then ended up 10 minutes in, stopping to change into my workout clothes, starting it over and completing the whole thing. I'm sweating so hard! Haha thank you for the good workout! It kept me excited!

its really strong exercise. Im 19 years old boy and 177 88 kg . I did just 8 minute after that my breathe cut and my eyes closed . but i will try to do 10 min after 15 minute day the day and at the same time im on diet. Do you suggest anything? i need to grow up im little short

Did this for the first time. Made it to full 30 mins, but had to rest at every last seconds of each moves! Entire body got wet and i can't breathe properly... Lol..

I figure that sometime in the future I may get to that level, but for now, I do push-ups on the first round and sumo squats on the other round...but it is exceedingly hard for me to do push-ups in general; I have just never had much upper body strength, even when I was really fit in high school. It is my goal to do much better with it in the future; my fiancee is helping me get into weight lifting. :)

I have quite a few trouble areas that normal home workouts didn't help with in the past. After only 4 days my upper back, my waist, even my legs, have already started to get more lean. There is no visible difference, but the puffiness is gone, my clothes all fit much, much better :)) and the energy it gives me to start the day, are all success factors for me!
So to sum it up, I'll continue to follow this video as my main workout routine, and mix it up with abs, legs and arms, for more definition.

Yes it works.. thru this workout I've lost 15pounds in mere 3months. Also I used to eat clean and homemade food and took my dinner by 7. Again I've put on the weight that I have lost.. so following this workout again. It's effective. Thank you Johanna.. I'm so grateful to you for this one.

I workout around 5 times a week, and over a course of a year, I loss 20 pounds. I did this through doing your channel, and Blogilates! But I haven't done kick boxing in ELEVEN MONTHS. I don't know why! I forgot how fun this was. I got into the shorts I wore when I first started working out (Over a year ago) and they're so big now, but it felt so good going back to the basics. Man, I'll so be doing this kickboxing twice a week now. It's so much fun! Thanks Joanna! I had a lot of joy in doing this!
I have done this for 32 days 2 years ago and it really helped tone my arms, legs and waist. I am doing it again to get in shape. It really works and is fun too.

Well, you tried to kill me.. I had to pause at least 4 times.. I couldn't do the sumo one but I improvised with a weight lift, jog in place move for now. BUT I did it all, in a reasonable time and I feel a bit accomplished! lol I've lost 90 pounds this past year by walking, and changing my eating habits.. I hike and swim and walk miles.. BUT, I have not really gotten into cardio. I'm trying to tighten some lose skin, and wake my muscles up. From a video game junky to an outdoors explorer. One day at a time, soon I plan to do this video without stopping. LOL .. yes.. soon.. Thanks for the video's, I try to mix mash different 30 minute work outs every other day. Yours have been a favored one for beginning and low impact.
I have done many Joanna workouts but this is my first time doing this one and it is my favorite one so far, so fun! In the last few months I have lost 7 pounds and more fit thanks to her videos and recipes, thank you so much! OH MY GOD!! I'm huffing and puffing and drenched in sweat. I'm so out of shape and ridiculously over weight. I had done thirty minutes on the treadmill before this workout so my legs are like jello! I just completed this workout and burnt 230 calories. I'm 163 cm and 60 kg and not very active. It was a bit hard to complete the workout, and even though I am not overweight I need to lose a few kgs. Good luck, keep going, you can do it!! :)
i usually go to the cardio kickboxing class at my local gym, but they don't have the class everyday and the times don't always work out for me. So glad i found this though! This is my new alternative, thank you so much!
I'm drenched in sweat and I feel good but umm..i didn't do the last workout ( the sumo squat to push up..) it was too hard but i did stay for the stretches and i feel sooo good!

And i just want to say that thank you so much :) yesterday my first workout (going up and down the stairs) i got 31 inches in my belly and 21 inches in my thighs. Then i saw your video so i tried following it today and now I got a result of 29.3 inches in my belly, and 21.2 inches in my thighs

Holy cow. I was just watching this only CONSIDERING doing a youtube workout today instead of my bike. I just decided to jump in for a few moves to see if they were easy enough then ended up 10 minutes in, stopping to change into my workout clothes, starting it over and completing the whole thing. I'm sweating so hard! Haha thank you for the good workout! It kept me excited!

its really strong exercise. Im 19 years old boy and 177 88 kg . I did just 8 minute after that my breathe cut and my eyes closed . but i will try to do 10 min after 15 minute day the day and at the same time im on diet. Do you suggest anything? i need to grow up im little short

I figure that sometime in the future I may get to that level, but for now, I do push-ups on the first round and sumo squats on the other round...but it is exceedingly hard for me to do push-ups in general; I have just never had much upper body strength, even when I was really fit in high school. It is my goal to do much better with it in the future; my fiancee is helping me get into weight lifting. :)
