I have been doing this workout consistently for over three weeks on Mon,Wed, and fri. In addition to this, I get on the treadmill for at least 25 mins as well as eating a calorie deficit, most days. :) I've heard that you don't know if the workout is working unless you stick with the same workout for at least 4-6weeks so you can do progressive overload ( going up in the weights) All that being said I've always carried weight on my arms (some mean curse lol) I"ve NEVER seen results like these. I actually see my arms have lost inches all around plus when I flex for the first time in my life I can see muscle moving and this is SUCH great motivation to keep going. I plan to switch up to a new routine that focuses more on triceps now!

I'm looking to stick to this routine for a month but rotating with what part I work on with body weight, weights, and machines. Not sure if you have any ab videos or leg videos that incorporate weights, but I'm definitely going to be searching. I'm feeling really good. Thank you!!!

I used soup cans (300 gram) as weights but could not last even 1 set (the round the world killed me) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full 3 sets using 5 kgs dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated. 😔

see there is no secret diet, all u have to do is to avoid junk foods like sweets, surgery drinks, oily foods, fried foods, rice and etc. And walking for atleast 30 -45 mins at morning on an empty stomach. and take for every meal 50 grams[carbohydrates} of brown wheat bread or chapati. also between every meal eat any fruit that is less in sugar or healthy juices .compulsory in lunch and dinner u must take a full bowl of green salad.. And thats it.. Patience is the key of SUCCESS...

My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.
For beginners, you can just grab a 5lb and a 10lb (or whatever your strength allows) from like a 5 Below or Walmart. Home workouts are so you can avoid paying crazy high fees. Best of luck! 🌟

It's never easy for women to tone up on our arms. We tend to carry more body fat there. But with consistent strength training, especially these exercises, you will see and feel the difference overtime. 💪💪
Anne I have the same issue. It has reduced thanks to weight training and weight loss. But they still are quite huge haha. I take after my grandma. She was freakishly strong during her youthful days though :P
