I actually followed the 8-week-home-workout-plan-to-lose-weight-tone-up on repeat as best as I could from joanna you can download it for free from her website somewhere! And diet wise I started counting calories to around 1700 and ate like 20 carb 30 fat 50 protein (mainly boneless chicken breast, veggies) if i ate anything in general i just made sure its not processed food and at some point i stopped counting calories and ate just how it felt healthy! Its not easy especially in holiday seasons with family etc. haha but its ok to slip up! Id even say its mandatory to stay motivated!

I have been doing strength training systematically at home with your videos. here, I request you to make videos on barbell workouts, proper barbell usage, and full body strength training with barbells, it would be helpful because you teach us systematically with proper form and postures. thank you :)
Johanna I have doubt pls clarify this . 40 percentage of protein,30 percentage of fat and 30 percentage of carbs good for fat loss . After taking protein in 40 percentage I have nausea pls clarify this and I only do strength training. Wheather I can follow this macro nutrition for fat loss or change it
