Loved that workout! It went by so fast, ususally I check the remaining time once or twice during the workout but not at this workout! I especially love that the exercises are not repetitive at all, I like having a great variety of exercises!

I have been doing your work out starting with legs and bum like Miley cyrus since start June. Although still have more work on the Butt my a bbs have changed my legs and arms. I have always had big legs I think doing Ballet but you have helped I have done your work outs most days and they keep me motivated Thank-you
I always feel so low on Saturday nights so this really helped lift my spirits! This is the first Rebecca Louise workout I've done and I love the fact that even though the moves are quite simple and classic, she makes you feel like you're running up Mount Everest! :)
