    I like the supercharged Program, because multiple movements are covered and the intensity must be insane man

      Ha, yup, Simon, these challenge me in a similar way as do 100 Navy SEALs, or even worse the Sacred 200. I admire @BurpeesBandit's high-intensity no joke burpee crushers (and that he wears long clothing and a mask impresses me even more). Those who know, know.

    You're insane for doing this again! 100 reps of this tackled seriously is really tough. It hurts everywhere. Great effort, elite!!
