    Bro if u love ur knees ud stop doing burpees. I did them every day as a Mexican American in LA county jail. And I continued when I got out. Worst decision ever. It's Runners knee on another level. No disrespect but I'm a cpt and would never allow my clients to do this.

    More great work here Ryan! If you are looking for this sort of time period for a session , I have a killer 25 minute one entitled: SUPER TOUGH 25 MINUTE HIIT CALISTHENIC FULL BODY WORKOUT. CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING. The burpees in this session do not require a push up. I try to do it once a week and never easy!!

    I am glad you mentioned about the effect the weight vest has on heating you up...I noticed that as well when it's on for a period of time. Another great grind!

      Yeah, I'd be lying if I didn't admit it got in my head a bit. But it didn't kill me, so all good! I wonder if there's some benefit to the body, like some sort coping or acclimation/adaptation.
