The cindy workout is alway a 10/10 session, you should go for it. I agree I love the sessions where you got the pulling movements included@@ThisIsBasementFitness
Good eye! Yes, I have a 45lb set, and I love them. In addition to keeping me in shape, they also are good for holding my workout mat in place on the carpet ; )

@@ThisIsBasementFitness Just wanted to throughout held sideways they work well for swings. You can hold the weights w/out the handle.
