It's not mad, there are plenty of bands that do the same. They're good, but not THAT good (kinda repetitive), just overhyped thanks to their image and Middle-Eastern/Indian motifs in their songs, so a lot of people who never listened to that type of music think that it's something new.

@@theobabar Seems he’s using a 4x10 cab live. Not seeing or hearing a lot of pedals I’d say likely a preamp and some flat wound strings and maybe a touch of reverb would get you close.
