Hey Chris love your content. Was curious how you go about cycle phases with specific athletes
So, if I get it right, we perfom GVT on the hypertrophy days and 5/3/1 on the strength days??And based on the new numbers the athlete can move, we recalculate the 1RM so we know which weight to use on each method??Am I right or completely wrong 😂😂

What sort of exercises are in the workout?
What ratio would be recommended on macros 60 % carbs 30 protein and 10 fats??
Nah too low fat, try 2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight, atleast 1 gram fat per kg of bodyweight, and the rest carbs

How are gvt and 5/3/1 combined, are they combined in the same workout or one day just gvt and other day 5/3/1?
The lower body is 531 while the upper body is gvt in the same day, then vice versa for 4 days a week
