My man, you can apply any of this work to which ever sport you play! Chris is a G when it comes to dropping knowledge. I see a lot of comments asking, “does this apply to my sport?”. The answer is simple, you should definitely incorporate most if not all of these exercises regardless of the sport you play.
I'm 42 and looking up better agility. I have arthritis in my lumbar and started doing sprints and though I've have some movement limitations, pain has reduced dramatically. I even gained better movement overall so looking to other exercises. Good stuff!
I love your videos, one thing that'd be helpful though is just hearing a little bit of explanation what the goal/purpose with each exercise is. Sometimes you give that, but on some exercises not and I'm curious WHY you chose that specific exercise. Could just be in the video descriptions if that's easiest :) As always, thanks for the great content!

People ask why these guys earn a lot of money. I always tell them to try the sport then but they have never been able to give me a proper response. My son who is 16 years play football competitively and taking him to training and back, to matches, the kinds of food he has to eat, sleeping times, injuries and so on has taught me a good lesson. I am an academic and thought my job was easy. Those who claim they are just guys with no brain and earn too much money and that they do not deserve it should think again.
