As a Bears fan I knew he had this in him all along, thing is for the first 10 weeks of the season our o line was terrible, we had a d lineman starting on o line. Monty would get hit behind the line of scrimmage and still get 2 or 3 yards but now that our o line is fixed he can actually get some holes and he's been cookin and I'm so glad people are recognizing it

Excellent video. Love the insight on the footwork and quickness to be the best of the best and a master of your craft. Agile and light on the feet along with quick decision making on where to find the hole and than put the pedal to metal. Wish I had a coach like you back in school.

Some guys will tell you it's harder at practice thn on game day.. Can you imagine being a rookie thinking you're good because you have speed and/or strength then you have to go do drills with him the "Movement Specialist" and it has nothing to do with speed/strength 🤦🏾‍♂️ but everything to do with both tap & riverdancing at 100 mph in every direction and angle.? Watching this made me respect both the players/coaches even more while icing my feet, ankles & knees from just watching.

I'm wondering if there's a guy like him for touch rugby, no joke. If you see the kind of side steps that someone like Benji Marshall did/does and think about the kind of footwork principles this guy is talking about, I'm wondering how much I could crossover for my training. And yes, I'm going to turn 40 this year too. LOL XD

"Don't sweat the technique " truest statement. ERIC B & RAKIM. I remember in 7th grade I'm way faster than peer, but we're after school playing football Bronx NY Michaelangelo middle school and my slower classmate caught the football and put me in the spin cycle... he did a spin move on me and got away... technique. He knew more about football and sports in general than me. Immigrant came up on soccer, but came to America and started loving football because of Walter Payton. But that spin cycle taught me alot back then about technique. Used his move right back on him :)
