I first heard of Tyreek Hill not more than 3 days ago, on a video where he was playing and training with some kids. I saw what his physique looked like and what he could do, and thought, " yeah I'd like to be more like him. I'm going to do this."
Keep being the usual me is not a good thing bro. I need to be better, so I'm sorry but that's not good advice for all the strangers here who you don't know. I'm just saying.
See this is what separates the cheetah from every other player that’s been a 4.2 speed. He’s not JUST FAST. and puts in alot of work to be what he is. Much respect we are witnessing history
I always find it fascinating the whole world hates on grains and Carbs but all world class athletes consume them all the time, clearly under the advice of world class nutritionists.
Tyreek Hill has elite genetics. He could do a few pushups, situps, pullups, and light running and still would be in the NFL. I'm glad to see that he works hard and sets a good example but this dude was the high school state champion in the 100 meters in GA.
A lot of people seem to think these high level pro athletes have some sort of special routine when it's more the reality you mentioned. Most of these people that are naturally gifted would excel in high school and college. However, to take to the level where they are playing in the NFL, NBA, etc. requires a ton of dedicated work. Up to 10% is the difference between a guy getting selected during the draft or being a nobody lol. You could have 2 guys that are both 6'4", 235 and overall similar physically, skill wise, etc. However, take one that can run the 40 yard in 4.65 and the other runs it in 4.9 and one might get an NFL contract and the other was just some guy at the combine lol. If Tyreek had been lazy with his training or perhaps got into drinking, drugs, etc. we probably wouldn't be watching these videos of him.
Very inspirational. This is me at the moment. I did my first ever run since over a year ago and bacj to the gym after baby number three. Hoping to get stronger, faster and discipline 🔥. One step at a time guys we will get there
Tyreek and I have SO much in common! He wakes up every morning! Grinding! Working hard! Putting in that work! I wake up. Everyday with the same routine. Watch videos. All day. It’s literally like we’re twins 😳
It's really sad knowing his stats are going to be going way down since he's with the dolphins. He could of gone down as one of the greatest ever but that's out the window. And don't come at me either. We see this all the time. A young player puts up crazy numbers to start their career and then they want that big pay day so they go to a different team that's not that good and the stats go way down(DeSean Jackson, Martavius Bryant, Leveon Bell, Santanio Holmes, And many many others).
@@olilane8 dude they get paid millions of dollars to play a SPORT. The least they can do is put everything they have into perfecting the craft, instead of just coasting because you already got paid.
Let me ask you a question, why do you feel like these guys owe loyalty to these teams? That’s like saying you won’t leave your job that’s paying you $100,000 a year for another job that’s going to pay $400,000 a year. These guys are professional athletes and that doesn’t last for ever. Get the bag while you can because father of time is undefeated and it catches everyone. So get the money while you can because eventually he will start to slow down and no one will pay him that amount of money down the road.
When you are working out 3-5 times a week on top of continuous physical activity you can eat almost anything. Not all calories are created equal but you can get away with eating chicken etc
