Best video i've seen that covers the broad jump. For me personally I like to do a step back and jump up, would be good to see this technique covered too.
Can you jump as far as you like or do you have to keep jumps smaller by the rules? Or is the idea to just pace yourself and keep the jumps conservative throughout?

Great video. Explains it really well to a complete newb like myself.
Thank you
Thanks Jay for going to the trouble to make this very helpful video 💪🏻
Not a problem, it’s a tricky one to get right so sometimes a visual helps people
Awesome video! Thank you 🙏🏻
Thanks! Just what I needed
No problem 🙏🏽
Saved to my ‘workouts’, doing my first Hyrox in London in November. Ten weeks to go…
Crush it 👊🏼
Do you have to take off from both feet, or just on landing?
The move you were making @0.53-1.00 where you went on knee and then put your foot up to meet your hand is legal I presume.
Yes it is. As long as your feet don't go past your hands

100% pace yourself
Keep it linear bro, looks mega
I think I would find them easier if I lost 30kg 😂
😬 More power to jump with 💪🏽
