    I do visceral and neural treatments as a PT and they have significantly helped chronic pain but thanks for some exercises to add to what I do for self management. Always important. 🙌🏼

    Love this video, and any info and advice on this topic! I find the back ground music distracting, and makes it difficult to hear n focus onnwhat you tuys are saying.

    OMG, I so got a lot out of this. And my constipation seems impossible to change. POW 💥 I get some more knowledge. Well I’ve Tried to explain some of the related feelings to my Dr. over the years. And guess what fiber and more water did nothing. So happy I caught your video. I’m subscribed now. Thanks

    This is really important. I have always thought that the reason I have such a hard time with digesting foods is because my core is so weak, very shallow breathing, partly from posture issues, and overall I am out of shape and probably lack proper circulation and blood flow. I also used to abuse drugs like ecstasy and I hear that that can mess with gut health.

    It would be great if you could post this on soundcloud - the player on the website doesn't show the timer and is a bit small -so it makes it hard to skip to the spot where you left off on the video. great stuff though! :)

      @@docjenfit so the youtube video is around 20 minutes and then I clicked the the link to hear the rest of the talk on your website but the mini player on the site does not have a timer on it. I listened to most of it though. will finish the rest today. :)

    Can an inversion table work in place of a head/hand stand for those not able to do that?

    • @docjenfit
      @docjenfit  2 года назад

      An inversion table can definitely help switch up the position and invert you if you can't do a headstand

    Love your pt pearls. But gawd. Why does every profession needs to delve into gut health. GI is a specialized field. And every soccer mom has the cure apparently, because they become a overnight nutritionist. Only FM docs know wtf they’re doing with GI health. I wish people would stop bringing into their program these self proclaimed health coaches. 🙄

      Miles Davis I think you can know more then the average person if you’ve actually experienced gut problems, because usually we tend to research and learn about our problems, and they clearly have gone through some gut problems. That’s how we learn, some of us aren’t able to go to a FM practitioner and have had horrible experiences with several Gastros.

    • @docjenfit
      @docjenfit  4 года назад

      Absolutely agree that, if you are able, seeing a FM doc is probably the best route!!
