Terrific start! These are great simple ways to start and end my day in a less painful state. I am one of those anxious poeple... that when we do breathe work, it acutally makes me ANXIOUS!!! LOL! But this time, as I did it, I imagined the exhale gliding along my nerves, as I moved.... That was incredibly helpful! PEACE OUT!

I love, love, looove breathwork and breathing correctly. I am happy you talk about it often because honestly I think breathing correctly is challenging and I sometimes forget to breathe properly. It really helps with everything.

Open books have saved me! I used to have this weird low back pain/tightness but just by opening up and getting that movement in has helped so much! I’m so excited for the rest of this challenge!

This morning I upgraded my morning routine from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Now when I breathe, inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth similar to a straw. In the past, I used to breathe and exhale only through my nose. I also did some on my mobility in bed for the first time. Thank you so much Jen. (Xoxo)
