    I think I have a right hip tear labrum .. but it hurt even more after doing this exercise.. and it was very hard going up on one side plus doing the clam

      I am not a PT but it seems to me something frequently lacking in PT is knowing HOW or taking the time to teach clients how to warmup the area first. As a dancer and movement artist, I think that is why the exercise made your pain increase. If possible start with breathing on your back, then the pelvic floor exercises nice and gentle at first. Dont be afraid to use your palms with a little massage over the front v your hips to get the blood going and warmup the area before you even begin. I hope this helps you. Always go gentle and small at first.

    I have a labral tear in my right hip. Pt hurts after I do it all not when I do it. I stopped pt bc it was $ but looking for something online if the tear is only the r right hip do I stretch the left hip too?

      I’ve had both legs waiting for surgery for 9 years in Canada go back to pt bro I have to walk with crutches now

    What if you can’t do that at all ,I’ve waited for surgery for 9years in Canada one side ripped in three other side in half ..I lightly hop on one foot with crutches I’m in the most pain I’ve ever been in .base line pain getting worst but any weight or twisting or trying to lift bending could drop me the pain is so bad I fold 2:36

    I have pain in my joint(i think thats where its coming from) How do i know its a labrum tear? I cant find that video😢
