    I didn't know the core wrapped around into the back. I think the "pain" I was feeling in my lower back was just the tension you were taking about. Thanks for the help!

    This makes sense. For incremental stability in the absence of an incline bench, sticking your glutes up against a wall can help a lot as well, for me.

    This is timely! I was just struggling with bent over rows yesterday. Thanks. The cues are helpful.Could you do a video on hex bar deadlifts or some dumbbell variation?

    I wonder if a little lighter dumbbell.for a little longer might also help with less pain?

    I still get a sharp pain in my back on the right side

      It could be beneficial to try it one arm at a time in a lunge position or try doing your rows with a cable machine or band so you can do them seated!

      @@docjenfit yes ma’am i still tend to get that one spot piercing pain seated or standing. And i usualy do do them stagered feet one side at a time when i do the standing one
