I didn't know the core wrapped around into the back. I think the "pain" I was feeling in my lower back was just the tension you were taking about. Thanks for the help!
This is timely! I was just struggling with bent over rows yesterday. Thanks. The cues are helpful.Could you do a video on hex bar deadlifts or some dumbbell variation?
Glad this is just what you were looking for! Here's a video I did on dumbbell deadlift set up: ruclips.net/video/7-_2EFq9g_U/видео.html I can definitely look at doing a hex bar one soon!
@@docjenfit yes ma’am i still tend to get that one spot piercing pain seated or standing. And i usualy do do them stagered feet one side at a time when i do the standing one

So glad it helped!
Thank you so much for this video, Jen!
Of course! Thanks for watching! :)
This makes sense. For incremental stability in the absence of an incline bench, sticking your glutes up against a wall can help a lot as well, for me.
Glad you found it helpful! Let me know if there are other exercises you're looking for!
Thank you so much! I feel confident in trying this.
You got this! Keep us updated :)
Hi Jen, great video. I always have problems with knee pain during squats. Thanks ☺️
Glad you found it helpful! Here is a video on knee pain: ruclips.net/video/9yK974z8tBQ/видео.html

I hope so too! Let us know how it goes!
Did it help? 🙂
Yes. It did help!
ThankU so much . Needed this .
Yay! Glad you love it!
Hi Doc. Jen. Would you mind breaking down form (and regressions) for forward and reverse lunges?
I can definitely look into doing that for a future video! Here's one I do on lunges and knee pain: ruclips.net/video/JEHBUCUXaxU/видео.html
@@docjenfit That other video was super helpful! Thank you!
Staggered stance!
:) !
Hi, could you please show how to do lunges without hurting your knees?
I cover that in this video right here!! ruclips.net/video/JEHBUCUXaxU/видео.html
I wonder if a little lighter dumbbell.for a little longer might also help with less pain?
That would be a great place to start!!
@@docjenfit thank you for acknowledging my question. I'm going to learn a lot from you.
I still get a sharp pain in my back on the right side
It could be beneficial to try it one arm at a time in a lunge position or try doing your rows with a cable machine or band so you can do them seated!
