I have a client that has hip flexor pain from running and he has trouble feeling his low abs instead of his hip flexors in a deadbug even if I regress it to a heel tap or even a bent-knee boat pose hold- I am trying to lengthen and strengthen them in our training sessions- would you recommend if it's a chronic issue for him to do these like every other day?
Consistency will always help someone start to make that connection! Doing them every other day, or even before their running sessions could be very helpful!
