I feel great , refreshed and stored my health stamina! Kaiser Provider told me to exercise as I have been complaining of muscle pain,and develops osteoarthritis due to my sedentary life like reading local/international news ...and no more time to exercise so with that, I set aside time 30 min walking at backyard but not enough by just walking, I need stretching from head to feet and I got along with SilverSneakers!
