Doing pull-ups is going to really develop his lats. All the very best pros do pull ups…also those rope incline rows are really going to bring those lats up big time. That exercise places all the stress on the lats, lats have no choice but to pull the weight

Ahoj Michale, jestli pojedete na nabrání síly korte, doporučuji nahradit mrtvolu za shyby se závažím. Je to určitě více vyvážená forma korte tréninku. Mrtovola a dřep jsou hodně podobný pohyby.

if you want to improve your back don't do cables and pullovers -make up exercises .. do one arm row-just one exercises.not twice..do on machine or dumbell.. next barbell row..deadlift and wide grip chinups..and there are back of dorian rooney or jay.. salut!
