    We are going to see a different beast in 2023. No distractions of moving federations or prepping for multiple shows, change of training ways.

    Yes! Finally a rear delt workout from the beast Krizo himself ! Krizo has some of the best biceps and delts like as in rear delts too especially his rear delts too so I've always wondered what he has done and his exercises selection to get those awesome rear delts

    Doing pull-ups is going to really develop his lats. All the very best pros do pull ups…also those rope incline rows are really going to bring those lats up big time. That exercise places all the stress on the lats, lats have no choice but to pull the weight

      its all about range of motion, even one inch can make a huge difference, and mind musle connection. you need to think with the musle you train when you train it, and think about that muscle group even out of the gym like, damn i want to improve that part. body reacts to that, i dont know how but it does! thats my 2 tips

    Nautilus Pullover machine with reverse grip Champ and sqweese at the bottem. It gives you a Christmass tree at the back on stage and like pullovers side lats thinkness.💪

    Ahoj Michale, jestli pojedete na nabrání síly korte, doporučuji nahradit mrtvolu za shyby se závažím. Je to určitě více vyvážená forma korte tréninku. Mrtovola a dřep jsou hodně podobný pohyby.

      @@CallOfDuty45957 Myslím, že můžu napsat úplně co chci…Neočekávám, že to Michal bude brát nějak extra vážně, napsal jsem to v dobrém duchu. Máš pravdu, že nejsem profesionální kulturista, ale závodil jsem už 2011(2. Místo mistrovství čech) cvičím 16 let, trénoval jsem x lidí, vystudoval jsem trenérskou školu, celkem intenzivně se věnuji cvičení a kulturistice. Můj názor je, že mrtvola je dobrá na svaly okolo páteře, ale nepřijde mi až tak dobrá na latissimy, který podle mě dělají šířku. Je to můj názor, nikoho nenutím ať to dělá podle mě…

    if you want to improve your back don't do cables and pullovers -make up exercises .. do one arm row-just one exercises.not twice..do on machine or dumbell.. next barbell row..deadlift and wide grip chinups..and there are back of dorian rooney or jay.. salut!
