look at Andrew jacked doing pull-up at his weight.........different level.........Krizo show's weakness on his back during all the video.........barbell rowing whit 110 kg is for almost every man who walk in a gym and train hard (i'm a man Andrea is a male name in Italy........and i'm also a gym trainer and PT)..look at Coleman Yates Cutler doing barbell rowing........and also the machines he use are loaded with very light weights for a man his size.......

@ChristIsKing yes but looking at Krizo weights IN ALL the exercises of the video you can't say his back is strong couse from what you see it is not! i know many boys and men (not professional bodybuilders nor least of all powerlifters) half size of Krizo using those weights or even more without problems and with good form and....you know....Italy is not the land of elite bodybuilders or powerlifters. you can find men doing barbell rows with that weight in almost every good gym in the world and Andrew jacked makes about 20 pull-ups as warm up with a size similar to Krizo and most of machines Krizo use in the video are in my gym and i see everyday people doing similar weights or more....look at Nick Walker training his back with much heavier loads and perfect form

You can understand why this guy and many other body builders get so huge.... if you watch the other people in the gym they are either standing around chatting, on their mobile phones or just generally dossing around, and then wonder why they do not get the goals they want. This is the same with a lot of other vids i watch.... including the gym i go to. Hard work gets results.!
