Great point about the Leg Extension. First time I ever heard someone put that in context. I do the exact same thing. It’s a great starter exercise can really get into it. Works the quads great!

At the end of a set on the Leg extensions, try to hold it for a few seconds at the bottom in a knee 90 degree angle (NOT STRETCHED).
Just a few seconds of isometric. Try it

it needs to feel right - "full" range of motion is sometimes beyond that specific exercise's or bodypart's optimal range of motion, you don't wanna go beyond where you wouldn't feel the right muscles working anymore

I would start doing 10 sets of one arm dumbell rows each lat separately on a bench really concentrate each lat one at a time ..can do all 10 sets on one side before doing the other or go 1 set left 1 set right 1 set left one set right one set left.. ..one set right..and so on . Till completed 10 sets each lat .. And start doing Wide grip Barbell Rows pulling the barbell right under the pecs to the top abdominals with elbows out in a flare to really bring in the upper middle back detail ,these wide grip rows are less weight but they target rear DELTS and mid back if done correctly. Do 5 to 10 sets also. All of this atleast once a week to bring up mid back and lats. Hyper extensions with weight do you do these for lower back Christmas tree Krizo?they would bring in your lower back more. Perhaps 4 or 5 sets of hyper extensions with the padding locked Holding a 45lb plate so you get a pump in the lower back. I highly suggest this. You already know all of this in detail I am sure Krizo. How could you be so big and not know? Anyways I beleive in you. You will win. The only other thing I would suggest is serratus work rope weighted pull down pulling the ropes with the hands but pulling through your elbows like a pull over to really get the serratus lat and abdominal tie in you can kind of do abdominal crunches at the same time it's a great Trio of exercises. 4 to 5 sets . Cheers Krizo .You are already Mr..Olympia to me. However if all the pros see you training your weaker points like this they will be very terrified of you even more .: )Your Fan Sean Patterson's natural flex channel :)

You look better than Ramy in my opinion. You still have to catch up in the back. This is your biggest weak point. Ronny Rockel told me you pull too much out of your arms in your back workout. Improve your back then you'll finish them all. Go go go
