    It's good to see you doing the same basic exercises everybody else does. No secret routines, no hidden exercises that nobody else knows about. Just hard work on the basic exercises, combined with good nutrition and superior genetics. Good luck for 2023, Krizo, and I hope you scare them all at this year's Olympia!!

    Hello Krizo! All my admiration you are a reference. Are those really all the exercises you do on leg day? I don't know the series you will do for exercises but I am quite surprised that you don't see many exercises. Do you train like this all year? Honestly impressive. Keep it up champ!

      yes, all exercises are included and it's usually 3-4 sets per exercise, doesn't change much throughout the year

Definitely easily have the potential to win Mr Olympia! Please everyday pose like it’s a slow dance of your physique. Posing is your body speaking! Turn it into art by practicing everyday! All bodybuilders must spend 1 hour a day for posing and it helps with definition,mind muscle connection….

    Why does the Hack Squat have a weight plate stack as well as plate loaded? It looks like the weight stack would actually reduce the total resistance!

    Size and conditioning of legs point to nothing but superior genetic material. Would be nice to have video showing someone measuring the thighs and calves after a great pump.
