I'd have to agree with you on all you said. You don't need to curl 100lbs to get big and strong. Just because you can doesntmeqn yu should. This cycle of my workout I've switched a lot of things up, reps, sets, weights, even exercises, I do 2 to 3 per muscle group. I'm more routine, consistent and track my progress and my strength literally improves weekly. I start at 6 reps work up to 10, when those 10 reps are easy I increase weight that's my routine that's how I do things. Works for me. Lifting is far more than just getting bigger and stronger there's a lot to it if you're serious and committed. You can go to he gym daily but if you aren't making progress what are doing or bot doing?? It's a journey and it's different for everyone I just wish people would understand you don't need to act like a raging lunatic and hulk smash shit around the gym. Control, schedule, consistency and keeping track of progress

I’ve followed him for a while now and am aware of his dimensions, but when he took off his training top after achieving a pump, I got a shock. His arms have always been killer, but they have grown since the Olympia and his delts have improved dramatically. Future champion fr.

i like this guy Krizo !! 2 years ago i wasnt too impressed but in the last year his build is getting more and more ifbb level qaulity . a bit more back and rear delts would help .. a bit smaller waist but really the guy is huge and on track . Id love to see him really take it to another level . id be happy to see krizo one day win the olympia , its possible !

Vieš čo je zaujímavé? Že možno križanek menej sype ako nejaký majster Európy nad 100 kg v kulturistike.
@@peterhrivnak8108 Tak aj ten 150 kg je výborných. Ja dlhé roky cvičím v garáži a nijako neuprednostnujem tlaky ale keď som bol na vrchole tak som si 14x150 kg tlačil. Podľa mňa veľmi veľké dávky steroidov berie veď už aj hlavu má deformovanú... Keď je čestný tak to by mal ukázať že čo pichá a ne tie bezučinné proteíny..

Would be good to see him do more single arm exercises for back. His arm and delts are amazing, if he can bring up the back he would improve his placing .
Sadly that gym doesn't have a pullover machine which is a shame. Krizo's back development would deffo benefit from using it. Just 1km next to this gym there is another one which does have such a machine. I don't know why Krizo doesn't train there (at least on a back day).
He can try cable pullover with different attachments and positions. Will not be the same as the Nautilus-style old school pullover machine, but better than nothing.
I if you don’t mind me asking why do you believe the pullover will benefit his back? I haven’t always had that machine either but when I have it is cool
@@andreidumitrascuta7933, the basics will build you a body like the bronze era and silver era champions, but, if you want a body like the golden era or mass-monster era champions, you will need to use machines as well.

Absolutely nutty!🤯 Krizo, please use wrist wraps when training back. Too much bicep involvement by way of gripping heavy weight. Wraps will let you pull with your back and limit bicep use!
@Richard Csabi it does not and cannot completely eliminate biceps/forearm involvement. I said limit or reduce. A wrap can lock in place once you lay your hand over it vs gripping heavy weight with your fingers. The muscles that actuate your fingers are located in the forearm. When those muscles are tensed, most people eventually engage their biceps to take some of the load off the forearms/fingers. Wraps help stop this by holding/pulling the load thus not engaging your grip/forearms and potentially biceps.
Finally!! To see a work out video, and not blasting some kind of added music in the background of the video. Badd Ass!!! Work out, nice new idea's for me also.
He has great genetics. He is not one of those skinny guys like Nick Walker turning into mass monster. He was big before and now he grows like crazy, because there is a huge base and platform for further development. He can be one of the biggest guys in the sport for sure.

It is sooooo crazy to me when I watch all his training videos cause he does not use very heavy weights at all in any of his videos for all bodyparts and yet he's insanely massive and awesome looking. Thats what you call some hella good genetics. Aint no amount of or type of PEDS gonna give those god given genes .👏👏👏
He has made some quality gains since the Olympia. I got a pleasant shock when he reached a pump and took off his training top. Mesmerising size, especially his arms, traps and front / side delts. His back is coming along nicely too. The man is growing by the day. Exciting for the future.

Especially for people with not so good back genetics like him. I believe he must focus on deeper contraction and better stretch, and more time under tension. Just a comment with respect nothing more nothing less.
At least he is trying to do the movements properly, unlike some pros, who just toss around big weights when they do back... My only remark is that on the barbell rows he should stand more upright, doesn't need to bend over that much...

No need for fancy exercises and machines, just go for the basic exercises.
