$750? Lol That’s not cheap at all. Who the hell picked that option?
Dont hate the players, hate the game
She always go for these amaran lights which are expensive. For starters there are cheaper and better options.
😂😂😂😂
@@baazplayxwhich would you recommend
Thank you for your videos. I have watched a few now. They are so clear, informative and easy to understand. As somebody who does not have a clue about lighting and did not understand why my videos were not coming out good, I think I have all the info I need.well done and keep up the good work.
Thanks Amanda! I’m glad you find it helpful.
BEST DUTCH RUclipsR on the planet.
You're way too kind!!
Yess, she is the best, I learn a lot from her videos!
By far!
staaaahhppp!! @@TimPM
Love this set up. +1 for Amaran, decent quality and they just work, flawlessly. Have used them with the BMD 6k Pro in all sorts of situations, never let me down.
Agreed - I've been using these lights for a few years now and they haven't failed me yet.
Always love to watch your videos! Keep growing! 😉🔥
Great informative video and I like how you explain everything, great personality as well. I’ll keep learning from you
For background color, the Ulanzi tubes are also great. You already have one smaller version (still works amazing!) for $26
Lila always makes good content! thank you so much
Thanks Bruce!
Hey there. Thanks for the video. I've watched all of your videos on lighting. One question though . . . Is there going to be any flare from your tube lights? Generally speaking how do you manage flare with tube lights, practical lights, hair lights, and so on?
Love your videos! Thank you!❤
It's wonderful to share a budget lighting setup! ❤
Thanks!!
Big fan of your editing & especially your voice!... Love ❤😘from Pakistan 🇵🇰...
Great info, thank you!
Need to redo my studio space now, so trying out lighting schemes. This video was timely. Definitely interested in the $500 video!
good to know! good luck with your space :)
Hi there! I have an Iphone XS, can I generate depth when recording my videos for youtube if I use an app? or is there a way to do it with the phone settings. Thank you very much in advance
Would you still get an Amaran 150c If you have some floor lamp stands with tons of Nanoleaf RGB bulbs In them? (Two to be specific with 3x bulbs on each)
Loved this challenge. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching! would you want to see another challenge?
@@lilafromyoutube absolutely! It’s fun content that also helps.
Amazing video. I'm learning a lot from you. I just installed a neewer with light dome. It's taking a big chunk of the office so I might replace it with the LED panels with barn doors and diffusers.
It looks like the bright light gave me a boost of energy so I can't sleep now and I'm on RUclips 😂. Also, I can't get the big size out of my head... one of our cats 🐈 jumped on our bed and I myself jumped thinking the light dome will fall on me (different room!) 😅😅
Keep posting and thanks for sharing these tips!
one of the finest youtuber ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
thank you for all the great videos. I was hoping you could recommend an rgb flood type light that automatically changes colors every X seconds, more for a music/dj setup. Thank you in advance 🙏
What do you think of the Softbox Lighting Kit, skytex Continuous Photography Lighting Kit with 2x20x28in Soft Box | 2X 85W 2700-6400K E27 LED Bulb? Sorry just pasted from Amazon Canada. Looking more of a budget less than 500$
This video was helpful lady! I also really liked the previous video you referenced. I learned a lot! TU!
❤✨🎬🍿
Thanks!! 🫶🏻 glad this helped
*LOVE My Amran 60d. I also got the Softbox but because I have a Small room this light on it's own works but I also use my elgato Key Light Air as my room filler and it works for me but I love the Aputure Brand*
Oh awesome! Which softbox do you have?
Do you know how to upgrade to the latest version of Premiere Pro from an older cracked version without re-installing?
Superrrrrrr helpful thanks Lila :) Love the stick figure animations...do you just draw those on an Ipad? Just curious.
What app is she using to control all the lights??
I love all the black walls 🥰, my walls are painted black as well, best decision I ever made.
Sameeeee
amazing
great video, have been lurking for a while. all whislt trying to setup my own little studio, ive moved it around quite a bit, so heres a challenge for you :D
my room is 3x3,5 meters, one line side is filled with brown cabinets, and the other is sloping at around 1,5m on the short side theres a window and opposit wall in the corner with cabintes theres the door to the room. also the walls are white.
Ive been struggeling getting a great looking setup for my studio, your channel is the closest ive come to a decent looking setup.
Thanks for another great video. :D
great video Lila! I still use your LUTS also what a beautiful apartment
Thank you! So glad you like the LUTs. The apartment was beautiful but not mine sadly
Starting a new Danish RUclips channel soon, and this looks like the lighting for me :) Thanks for another great video 💪
Woop that’s awesome! Good luck with your channel
@@lilafromyoutube thanks :)
Lila I really enjoy watching your lighting videos. That last amaran seems really good.
aw thanks - i appreciate it! the last one being the 150c?
@lilafromyoutube yes the amaran 150c looks great and I think im gonna get that one next.
Fab!
Interessant onderwerp! 🤪🤪🤪
Haha thanks
Very informative video Lila, thanks. I'd like to see a $1,000 lighting setup video... maybe using a light-bar for the rim light.
Good to know! There’s some good option if you get an additional 250$. I’d probably still use a COB light as a hair light instead of the MC but that’s a personal choice.
New sub to your channel - really interesting lighting info. Got (and love) the Amaran 100d S on your recommendation.
I hope you'll love it!!
Wait what? :) I'm on a Lila's video! 💙
🫶🏻
Finally you made this lol! Very pretty. Congrats!
Edit: I wonder if you use a monitor while filming yourself. Or are you just using the camera screen?
Just the camera screen. A monitor would be great so I would notice if my frame is a bit too tight haha
@@lilafromyoutube Thanks for the reply.
Any time!
So far I've been close with my budget setup! Need to get some of the MCs though.
You can also use them on your camping trips!
@@lilafromyoutube totally! Struggled on my most recent one with light. I've also been looking at in car lighting as it's always dark in the cabin compared to the outside.
Thanks_Lila, Shoot in corner to create depth of field
“You gotta live a little” dangyouuu im in 😂😂 thanks! Couldnt afford the 150c tho
Hahaha yeah fair enough 😂 I meant more with the budget we were given
Liiilllllaaaaa!!!!! How are ya? You’re the best. I rock the 60X
heyaaa! doing well how are you? Nice - the 60x is fab for extra flexibility
@@lilafromyoutube I’m doing well. I love the 60x because of portability and the quality…
Would you do a softbox if you are doing guitar playthrough videos with a dark backdrop?
100% - theres different types of softboxes/modifiers you can use but I’d definitely use one. It’ll make the light look a lot more sort versus harsh light with harsh shadows.
@@lilafromyoutube thank you so much!
@@lilafromyoutube do you have an email or discord or anything to ask another question?
❤ great 👍
Thanks for watching
❤ thanks you also
Absolutely do the $500 video! 😎👍🏻
🥵 ok! Haha
wouldnt two tube RGB lights be better than one of these? similar pricing. whats the cons?
btw im asking as a newbie
Щіро дякую 🥰
Amaran for the win! This is pretty much the same set up I've been building but I went with the t2c instead of the 150c! For sure gotta do the $500 budget one, but like hard cap on the budget, no cheating! 😂 always love the vids, look forward to the next one 🤘
hahahaha will se what I can do! 😂
what is the name of the light control app in the video? Can't understand the audio.
Sidus link app
@@lilafromyoutube 🙏🏼
Oh no! The Light-C stands are sold out. Any other recommendations anyone? Thanks for the video love!
When I Initially Subscribed to Lila's Channel, It have Almost 9.7K Subscribers and now she is a Teacher of 148K
Oh wow thanks for sticking around for that long!
Here goes Lila making me want to go for the Aperture 150 💸
😂👌🏻
The link to your main camera is not working 😢
How much does your lightning setup cost ? It wouldn't be bad if you make a video about it.
I did make a video on it! A shopping list is in the description. I believe my keylight is discontinued though but a great alternative would be an amaran 100-200d ruclips.net/video/lpEeYwrkBPU/видео.html
Hello Lila!! Its been a long time! how are you?
Im doing well! How are you?
@@lilafromyoutube Im doing well too! beside the weather here 110 degrees!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Need to take the 0 off the end to make it budget 😂
😂 let’s see if we can do that
the way you put comma after 69😆
ok can we do it again with a lower budget.. LOL
😂😂 I get you. 750 is a lot of money. What would your ideal budget be?
Hope you're alright? You haven't uploaded a video for a while. 👍
I am, thanks! I enjoyed 2 weeks off and then went to work on another project but there should be a new video in the next few days! Thanks for checking in. Hope you’re well 🫶🏻
@@lilafromyoutube Nice to hear from you and pleased to know that you're alright! 😁
If this video is not sponsored by Amaran, then they are not smart Business men.
I know we are going a little over budged lol. That is what women say to their husband after shopping lol
are you exist?
little suggession : you talking too much close camera little space will be good,
i think the led RUclips studio look is overdone..i prefer channels that have a real, natural setting
I agree that there’s different situations to use different kinda lighting. I wanted to show off the capability of the 150c in this video which is why it became a RGB setup :)
Just countless numbers of these "RUclips studio" videos and for years now they really all just say the exact same thing:
Use RGB lights.
That's it. Whether it's a 5 min video or a 30 min one, and regardless of budget that's what they all really end up telling you.
How can everyone call themselves "creatives" when they're all just copying each other?
Plus, if this was really ON A BUDGET you could have gotten the exact same look while using something like Neewer, Ulanzi or any number of the alternatives. Same look, nobody would know the difference, and you'd come in well under your $750 budget.
if you have affiliated links of whatever you are talking in the video - isn't called advertisement? And as long as it is one - you cant be objective about your subject. Why nobody is talking about it....
Lets talk about it :)
In this video, I disclose that this video is sponsored by Amaran. This means that I got paid to make this video. That doesn’t change anything about my opinions or information I give, just that I’m using amaran products. If it turns out to be a shitty product, I will talk to the brand because I don’t want to recommend any products that don’t work or add value for fellow creators watch this. Creators often get a ton of products and they only talk about a few that they find valuable. I totally get that may be hard to believe, but this is the best way I can explain it. Creators need to get paid so we can keep making videos and share a lot of information and knowledge for free. You are not being misinformed when a video is sponsored, at least not on my channel. I’ll always make sure that the sponsorships I take on are of value and products I believe in.
Including affiliate links are not advertisement. It simply means that a creator will make a little (read LITTLE!!!!! It’s barely anything depending on the platform lol) commission when someone buys a product through their link. Again, this is a way for creators to keep sharing information for free. Often, when people watch a video to get recommendations, they’ll ask for a link anyway. So already including affiliate links in the description is a great way for a creator to support their work whilst it doesn’t cost you anything.
Hope this helps.
budget is like 100 or 200 bucks lmao
Cringe. These aren't cheap
Just advertising for amaran. Am out
