My guy, I had to come back to leave a comment. Your content is rich and inspiring, simple and ultra standard to say the least. You got me glued to end. Your accent, your knowledge, the setup and your vibe is just dope ngl.
thank you for the information. Now I can start thinking how to setup my office. I wanted to ask if the light that you have as the main light with the softbox is putting any strain on your eyes? I am mainly going to use that for my video conferencing time which is about 5-6 hours a day.
Hey Arnulfur, First off, thanks a lot for your great tutorials. Just wanted to make you aware that it's not possible to book you 1-to-1 with the link provided.
Great fundamentals video! I've noticed that, in general, there is more contrast when I place the key light farther away. There are definitely trade-offs. My experience is with product photography, but I would reckon that it would be similar for lighting anything else.
love your lighting. what about a podcast w 2 people across the table from each other. How in the world do i achieve dramatic cinematic lighting for that??
Amazing content ! I’m trying a similar setup but my key light spills onto rear wall too and not able to light up wall with another color on wall ! Any suggestions ? Got Honeycomb grid, minimal iso f2.8
Good video guidance. I have learnt loads from your other videos too. What happened to your cool Icelandic greetings that somewhat seemed to have stopped some 2 years ago. Or did I miss the video where you mentioned it. Cheers.
Dear touched by fire friend! I hope you're doing great! Gotta make you a question, do u believe the SmallRig RC60B like light can be enough as a Key light?
Depends on the size of the studio, but yea, you can use 60w light for key. Just not that powerful than bigger lights. A lot of people start with 60w. I did too. I just bought a SmallRig RC120B now for key.

Awesome! How about using a green-screen for the gradient background?
How did you do that backdrop? Which color is it originally? Thanks.
Can we also change the colors?

Would love an overhead lighting setup specially for product showing only
There is no startup money even though there is idea and skill that can change not only me but also others, with no doubt!😔😔😔 Thanks a lot anyway!

120cm, but i'm building a home studio now and then I'm choosing 60cm, 120 is way to big for a regular home setup
