While im sure chat bullying him over magic the last 4 streams had a part to play in that; he is self aware enough to play the game however tf he wants. He basically spammed magic during radahn and summoned and horsed every cheese possible. So like... I think his decision to not use magic was more just ADHD Tunnel Vision.
I was really sad seeing Jerma get genuinely upset about the Radhan fight, it felt like he didn't treat the fight as a regular boss encounter? If he didn't use Torrent and just fought him like any other boss he would have had it so much easier. He could have dodged the big aoe attack with ease if he didn't fight on horseback for example. Oh and by the way, i'm not making fun of him for playing as he did, i just wish he got a good memorable experience from the encounter. Didn't expect he would hate the boss either :c
Learning the boss through trial and error is the norm, I found it best to dodge roll for the purple shots, ride past the arrow rain, then would switch between horse and foot depending on the situation (can spam y to summon on a horse too). Had the same build style of dex and int, mix of ranged and close quarters, had a lot more fun. No joke, I wouldn't even have a prob if Jerma became a permanent Elden Ring streamer! These streams have been a lot of fun and as someone that wasn't even hyped or interested in this game, I'm 100% on board now and completely blown way by the HUGE, but extremly detailed world that has been crafted here (and not just big for being big like the recent AC games). My fav part is the enemy variety, because so many games now that are good like God of War 2018 or RE7 just recycle the enemies over and over again. After a while there, these games get stale because you're just fighting the same enemies and use the same strategies. And I love the fact the exploration gets reward and that it's not just Ubisoft-esk markers everywhere. And also, after years of bad, poor, unfinished, undercooked ''AAA'' games being released, it's great to finally see a game being released that's even better than what people expected. (and it's fun to see Jerma play a game he actually loves for once instead of Fart Simulator 2022).

scarlet rot took over
I've never seen anyone run this far away from radahn in the fight. Jerma was across the wailing dunes from him lol
Jerma smokes EVERY HOUR that he isnt streaming. Admirable
That was so fricking wholesome when he finally stepped away from all the stuff that was frustrating him and started having fun again. that moment of him calling chat sweet for pushing him in a direction that would make him feel good was tear jerking.
he fought pre-patch radahn with almost zero upgrades, what a madman
I love watching these while I play Elden Ring!
haha same. I'm a little ahead of him so it's like watching a person walk into a rake and get hit in the face over and over
Same its really good background noise when im exploring and dont need to focus on a boss battle
Same
one of these days jerma will upgrade his flask
1:50:26 Thing Face 2
1:58:20 Jerma watches the clip
That is so fantastic
Tysm I came here specially for this lmao
Lmaooo
3:30:41 "I gotta stop biting my lip" literally half a second later *bites lip*
Tomato boy streamer dampens festival celebrations by repeatedly dying to a demigod.
Dampened his pants too 😢
i cannot believe he took the leyndell transporter trap and didn't really take in the view at all lol
Is this the streamer that is afraid to fart in the bathtub?
ye
3:08:00 hee fought this dragon for the first time last stream and 10 hours went by, he still does the same amount of damage with the same amount of health. Was he even playing the game?
I see Jerma is still the professional at getting a boss to 1hp and then messing it up at the last second
I lost it when he marked the southernmost tip of the map and said with complete confidence “this is east”
4:21:55
He meant east of the building he was on, he was in the easternmost part of that building
Chat was disintegrating over his refusal to use magic while the Makar Mald turned him into a moist cherry bomb
*over his refusal to use magic after chat called him bad at the game for the previous 4 streams for using magic
While im sure chat bullying him over magic the last 4 streams had a part to play in that; he is self aware enough to play the game however tf he wants. He basically spammed magic during radahn and summoned and horsed every cheese possible. So like... I think his decision to not use magic was more just ADHD Tunnel Vision.
chat also bullied him about a single zit for the entire stream too. id be malding too
I was really sad seeing Jerma get genuinely upset about the Radhan fight, it felt like he didn't treat the fight as a regular boss encounter?
He might have enjoyed himself more if he just did something else when he got frustrated, leveled vigor some more and explore. or at least be able to expierement without getting mad about a boss fight being a boss fight. Instead he decided to try and abuse summons and get lucky eventually
The fight for me was literally unplayable if I wasnt on torrent and got it in my first few trys with de horse.
@@funkgoeson4936 The recent patch made his fight possible on Torrent, but also way easier overall. If you did it pre-patch I commend you. I found it significantly easier on foot, but I was a melee fighter with greatswords (not collasal) so I understood my on foot hitbox better lol
@@andryboi8024 Pre-patch was far easier on the horse if you're using ranged attacks. Or just running around getting the summons you don't even have to go near him, just speeds it up massively if you also help fight.
@@funkgoeson4936 then you arent good at the game? very simple shit
I swear jerma has the memory of a gold fish lmao Ranni tells him shes beem lying about her name being Renna, then tells him her actual name is Ranni. "What whos this? I thought this was Renna?"
This Jerry guy is funny
1:01:40 omg the timing on those arrows 😂😂😂
Jerma playing this game linearly and not exploring the starting areas has lead him to have a plus 1 flask 45 hours into the game
Considering how long this game is if you take your time to explore, I wouldn't doubt that he'd be playing this game for a good bit longer.
@@iiequinox8044 yeah, I’m on 70 hours and still not done. And no doubt there’s a bunch of stuff I missed. He would be playing this game for months. (Not that I’m complaining)
@@iiequinox8044 Around this time next year, he'll still be playing this.
I enjoy it when Jerma plays FromSoftware games as well, but I would not wish for him to become a permanent streamer of them. They are like a holiday; a special celebration that only comes around every few years. Oversaturating his schedule with them would diminish the enjoyment for me because everything, no matter how good it may seem now, will start to get old.
"...just recycle the enemies over and over again." Boy are you ever going to be disappointed when you examine enemies in this game. They reuse tons of enemies and bosses. The dungeons are incredibly bland and lackluster in the worst ways. Fromsoft simps need to get their eyes checked.
1:01:04, 1:04:04, 1:10:22 Jerma got interrupted mid-sentence.
1:36:54 Jerma got betrayed by Torrent.
2:55:20 Jerma lets his psychopathic trait slips out.
4:07:21 Misbegotten moment lmao
5:28:10 I make this exact face every time I die with a rune arc on, even after 500 or so hours 😂
1:37:01 genuinely first bug I've seen in this game lmao, kind of insane when you think about how massive this game is
That bug happened to me like 4 times over 60 hours. No idea what triggers it, though it only happens when you get on your horse.
Yeah this game had a real smooth launch, especially on PC!
@@lucambacamba9132 i fell off the edge near the 3 sisters and the dragon disappeared for me lol
@@NXDDProd Yeah the dragon died for me too. I thought Blaidd just took him out but no lmao
@@lucambacamba9132 yeah its weird it happened to me in royal capital on my horse as well, very odd
Jerma made a variation of THE face at 3:28:24 and thanks to frame drops it was on-screen for a few seconds.
Him going through the effort to finally acquire the mixed physick only to go gloves-off on the Magma Wyrm without using it is peak stubborn Andy
6:43:56 Me when i am eating my lunch and my juice box starts feeling lighter
LMAO
Also it's genuinely sad when you're looking forward to the juice in a juice box and it's only like one ounce 😢
the whole section of trying to talk to Blaiid in Siofra while getting hit with arrows is one of the truly classic Jerma moments
i feel so bad for jerma he got so excited for a tournament only to find out it's not even a tournament 💔💔💔💔
The boss is great; it’s not his fault that this guy tries to fight him with 18 handicaps
Have been watching this video in chunks for days
1:46:02 actual movie magic 🎥✨ love the wolf guy
How the fuck do you have +1 flask by the time you hit Radahn? Limgrave gives +4 by itself.
Holy shit I didn't notice this, he went through Limgrave and Liurnia finding a single sacred tear.
Looking at his map u can tell he rushed the legacy dungeons
You're new here I take it?
@@crumb5756 Uh well no because the comment is two weeks old.
Jerma does whatever he wants for at least the first 20 hours, that’s like an unspoken rule whenever he streams a fromsoft game
My process playing this game so far is find a boss, run away to level up, forget the boss exists and get way overleved then beat the boss way too fast
This game made exploring too fun
Jerma not heavy attacking and never jump attacking is so hilarious and frustrating. What a gamer.
My quads got super sore for the first few days after this game came out because I was putting all of my tension into them unconsciously during hard fights and just squeezing them super hard.
7:32:53 this man believes he is going to die in real life if he dies in the game
I can't believe he still hasn't got upgraded flasks or the mixed physick this far in. He went the weirdest route possible for his first playthrough 😅
Yeah he completely missed the weeping peninsula and the i think three sacred tears there!
1:01:05 I fucking love this, that shit came out of nowhere and scared me hahaha. This as well with the comedic timing 1:01:35
One day he'll figure out that enemy aggro works on a "attack whatever attacked me last" system, it's only a standard gaming convention.
Mostly, but sometimes enemies will change targets, even mid-combo, to those not attacking them. I think it's also triggered by healing or item use.
@@caramia668199% of the time that's exactly how it works in this game, a few bosses have attacks that reset aggro back to the player but most of the time that's not the case
@@caramia6681 that is not the case for summons tho. Since they work the same as players just with an ai controlling them.
In elden ring I think the targeting is based on who's closer, who attacked most recently and who's dealing the most damage. The last one seems to be the main factor, whoever's dealing the most damage is who the boss locks onto most frequently
Watching him forget everything he's seen/done the SECOND he leaves the area is so infuriating
Blaidd dying within thirty seconds of Jerma's real Radahn attempt is just... perfect
it took jerma until 4:50:00 PART FIVE to discover that jump attacks stagger enemies quicker. amazing
and he never uses it again
Lol he also only discovered what a stake of Marika does in the last elden ring stream, part 4 😂
I love how Jerma just doesnt grasp the understanding of what a festival is and just vehemently assures that it is a tournament
30+ hours into the game and he only JUST figures out heavy and jump attacks stagger enemies much faster.....
his insistence to not get off the horse and just roll is mind boggling
I think Radahn's madness rubbed off on Jerma
That's not a pimple it's scarlet rot
I love that Jerma constantly misses cool shit because he's like, looking at a wall or the ground or just fumbling and panicking.
The hand spiders at 26:00 seem like something jerma would dream up
Small- enemy hand
I have a video of me getting scared shitless by them, literally the most horrific enemy design ive seen in a while
