If you had a nutrient pellet, you'd still be hungry and face the downsides of hunger, you just wouldn't have deficiencies and your hunger wouldn't accurately represent your bodily response because you'd have technically taken in your daily nutritional and caloric needs, but the body doesn't work that way, it doesn't just calculate calories and nutrients then say "yup, you're all good" it has no clue how many nutrients and calories are in a certain foods, different organs do once the nutrients reach them, but there could never actually be a "food pellet" like that.
