We used to have broccoli pizza, growing up in upstate New York, back in the late 80's/early 90's. I've never seen it anywhere else except when I make it. It's really good.
I put off watching these because I’m literally salivating the whole time!! This show is gooood torture!

@@BiscotoSenpai Broccoli is great and especially the bimi / baby broccoli he's using. I eat that stuff two times a week.
A three cheese pizza with white sauce will taste amazing no matter what you put on it. And roasted broccolini has a really nice flavor anyway that I'm sure would contrast incredibly well with the buttery richness of the rest of the ingredients.

Can someone please tell me what the recipe is for Nicole's pizza dough from the last episode? Currently, it is something like
63% Hydration
Total Weight of Dough 450g
14 - 16 inch pie
550 F - 287,77 C
5-8 mins baked 3 mins broiled
X amounts of Olive oil
X amounts of Salt
X amounts of Honey (mix with the water into the dough (just enough for the caramelization to happen in the oven))
X amounts of CAPUTO NUVOLA Flour
Semolina (outer coating and to form the dough to a pie)
So Feasters, what’s the best cup to use for the Pizza in a Cup recipe? What will stand up to the high oven temp needed to cook everything through? A ceramic cup? A metal cup?

My kids turned me on to this video, with ulterior motives. Shout out to our chefs - both of your pizzas looked great. I've had more than one *good* pizza that includes broccoli, but I really like Mike's garlic butter trick. However, I've got to beg Nicole for a recipe or link to a video on her Pizza In A Cup - it's the reason my kids sent me the link, along with a "Mom, will you make this for us?" request. So - any possibility of cadging a recipe &/or instructions on how to make that fascinating creation? };>

I liked this episode a lot more than the last one. In the last episode, everybody was screaming and bugging Michael Imperioli with Goodfellas and Sopranos references when the dude looked like he just wanted to meditate; The show felt like everyone was trying to be the host but nobody was the host, it was so bad I had to turn it off 3/4 of the way through. I watched this whole episode, I enjoyed it. I think a little more polishing and it'll be another great addition to the First We Feast roster.
You are 100% right, at no point in the last episode did I think that Nicole was the host. I actually thought whoever won stayed on and would face against a new person this week. I'm digging it so far, looking forward to next week

That pizza in a cup looked really good but I just had a relatively normal kind of pizza (ingredients-wise) yesterday so watching this I'd go for the other one.

Don’t knock the broccoli pizza! My go to homemade pizza for ten years has been Pizza Margherita with broccoli and extra garlic. It’s so good! Toasted broccoli is elite!

Could you imagine being one of the best RUclipsr’s showing off a ton of skills with pizza making and arguably the best dough making out of anyone. To be invited to a pizza making competition and told you’re making the dish “ That said SanFransico ruined pizza” and oh, your competition… “they’re making what would probably be one of the most marketable dishes in America”
I have no doubts Mike’s was incredible for what it was, but 9/10 people would already prefer a regular pizza over a broccoli one. Just saying

For Pizza in a Cup, I might have gone with a crustless Kito Pizza, using a thick sauce, lots of meat and cheese with select veggies (green bell peppers, diced red onions, black olives).
