I agree that they're fantastic, but I feel like this is the single worst episode on which to have Mark. The world adores him because of how authentic and classic his pizza is; this is the polar opposite in every conceivable way. He was still fantastic, though.

I think the cowboy pizza has the initial wow factor, but the popcorn pizza definitely has longevity. People are still going after the cauliflower crust. Nobody cares about the pizza with the tacos on it anymore.
