Ghostface was being as diplomatic and kind as one can expect from a legendary kills bee in terms of judging the pizzas. Not sure how they misread the room when it came to Tony Starks who is an NYC/Staten Island guy through and through. The pizza’s were more of the Cali/bougie/exotic foodie variety and a far departure from classic NY pizza. Similar judging vibes with Frank Pinello and Josephine Giordano who would probably feel similarly but probably not as raw and more generous with their critiques of the pizzas.
I have never heard of grilled mangoes that's interesting I wonder where that's going to play a part to the pizza. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Nicole is freshly representing Jamaica right now I am in love with it

Yoooo,don't know what you're missing fam, in culinary school I would experiment with all types of fruits on the grill. The crispy edges and then softness, fahgettahboutit. I even deep fried green apple fries, that was something special. People underestimate what you can do and use to make a dish come to life. I have this book called the Flavor Bible, if you enjoy cooking you should grab that. 👐🏼👐🏼👐🏼

This was a great episode, seeing Ghostface judge pizza and talk about his appreciation for food was interesting

Gotta say: most straight-forward judgement I've seen, and just bad luck on Nicole's part to pick all the right ingredients for the wrong judges' palette. Still, a breath of fresh air to see someone go "I know what I like, and it's this".
Can I just say that Nicole's dresses have been fire this season?! I need to get myself a t-shirt with those beautiful colors and patterns.

So it's grilled mango on the pizza okay I'm for it. I dig it. I'm not a mango person myself but I would probably eat that with pizza. Cuz it would probably add a lot of different flavors to the pizza. Yo this idea has got to take off I love the idea of grilled mango on pizza

Both Pizzas would make most pizzerias flip. They both were awesome sounding. I agree with Ghost where thin crusts help ya enjoy more the flavors and are lighter in general. He was humbled, which is so cool. I love Ghostface's music...

I loved both of the pizzas! not only are Nicole and Justin Vibrant beautiful chefs, they definitely know flavor profiles and executed the assignment well!
