Yeah, considering they have an exclusivity clause that says whenever a sauce is on the show, the producers aren't allowed to sell it on their own -- it has to be through heatonist, which is their site, and hot ones team takes a cut.

@@MrVovansimNot necessarily. Chocolate Plague was a sauce on the show, and that can only be bought straight from the producer Ed Curie's website Puckerbutt. I just stocked up on hot sauce for a good while, got 33 bottles, and a couple of those were Chocolate Plague. It's not even on Heatonist's site. AFAIK, Heatonist was already a thing before the start of Hot Ones, and they aren't owned by First We Feast. First We Feast partners with Heatonist and Ed Curie to do their custom sauces like Los Calientes, The Classic, and all the Last Dab sauces, and to sell the Hot Ones subscription boxes.

Honestly I love the hot sauces (obviously) but you (and your team) are some of the best researchers and interviewers that I’ve ever seen.

I sent my best friend last seasons collection a few months ago and he absolutely loves it! And he has gotten into hot sauces because of it! And it has been something that we bonded over as well.

They literally never will. They can’t. Nobody is as great at the combo of interviewing and comedy as Conan is. Conan can’t and won’t be topped

I don't know, have a wildly popular and attractive Hollywood star give a stellar interview with some amazing reveals about their personality and genuinely interesting life philosophy and just when you thought this was the best interview ever, they decide to dunk a spoonful of Da Bomb straight onto their eyeballs? During the new sauce lineups, I eat ice cream. 😊
Hot sauce ON ice cream. It can work! Just have to get the right combo. Trust me... 😉 My wife made chilli chocolate ice cream once and used way too much pepper. It was deliciously chocolately but blew your head off at the same time. What's more the heat creeps up.
I love how the intro music sounds like we're all going on a JRPG adventure.

Onima is hands down the best in the line up! Had the chance to try it recently and also meet the founders, they do pretty cool fermentation processes (that I don't know anything about lol) but tasted delicious, totally recommended!
Los Calientes Barbacoa is one of my favorite sauces, perfect for making summer grilling a whole lot more fun. Stir some of that into the sauce to put on grilled chicken thighs and it's perfect.
LC Rojo is my "daily driver" sauce I put on just about everything.

I figured it out finally. Those levels are for the raw form of the sauces main ingredient peppers. Not the actual sauce. That makes sense. They are far diluted because of the sauces additional ingredients

Chitown finest Sean will be back and the sauces look amazing. In the future we need a mild sauce one but hot in it since a lot of people don’t know what’s mild sauce is only Chicagoians. Keep up the great work and I’m buy some to add to my collection I have already at home!!
