    NICE WORK .
    Over 400hp you need 1/2" fuel line from the tank to the fuel injector rails.

    Late to suggest as Im sure you guys may have figured it out. But the wiring and relay system nissan used in their cars is a weakpoint. The fuel pump doesn't get a consistent 12v and enough power to maximize the fuel pump. Its suggested to redo it with a separate power wire and relay. Good idea to monitor fuel pressure in high HP nissan builds

    I’ve got a 2000 Nissan Frontier with the VG33e with plans to turbo it unfortunately I live in ND and nobody around here has any idea what their looking at let alone how to tune it, do y’all have a way I could contact you would love to hear what y’all did to it and how I could get mine to perform similar

      @@SacredHeart0520however I’ve looked around and there’s not a lot of options but a good one would to build the vg33e as a vg30dett by taking the vg33 block and swapping the vg30 from there the blocks should be the same only difference being is ours is cast iron opposed to the vg30 aluminum block

      You don't want to Rev VGs too hard. Crank oiling is an issue with these.

      @@Fulcrum205 which car models are we talking about? The only oil starvation issue I know of is cured by oil pan mods.

    • @Fulcrum205
      @Fulcrum205 9 месяцев назад +1

      @neilfahlstrom2141 it's all of the VGs IIRC. Cross drilled crank, oil galley layout, slow drain back, and small oil capacity all contribute to it.
      I never saw much utility in spinning the hell out of a street engine anyway.

      That 180 is factory rating at the flywheel - wonder what they put down at the wheels?

    Interesting he said its an 84 car. 84-85 dont have the smooth flares like that. 86+ do though. I had an 84T z31 and an 86 n/a.

      I was thinking the same thing. 84 don’t have the smoked turbo rear tail lights if I remember right and it looks like an 86 because of the tail lights and bubble fenders.

    What turbine is this using? I also find it nuts that the power doesn't change much but the tourqe jumps by almost 100ftlbs with Ethenol

    • @ForceEngineering
      @ForceEngineering  Год назад +3

      Unsure if the turbine. But it picked 63 ft/lbs and 52hp. It's pretty close in my book. Also, as stated, we didn't turn it as many rpms on E due to running out of fuel pump. With added rpm, the hp would have been higher.
