I was starting to gain a lot of weight the past few weeks and I did this workout for 1 week and I see my tummy becoming slimmer and my waist becoming more smaller and my abs becoming more defined! Doing this for 2 weeks as a 14 y.o. Weight: 72.7 kg(ik I'm overweight) Height: 155 cm Fyi I'm doing this workout twice a day with no diet Day 1 : sweats a lot, and kinda hard to do. No change yet Day 2: like day 1, sweats alot. And it's really really hard for me to do since I'm fasting today, and my legs cramping alot too. But I see a little change today. Day 3: still fasting, btw I'm doing the original workout in the day and this workout in the evening. Not really hard but still sweats alot. Loose 1 kg. Day 4: i can't do the original version today bcs my legs really cramping, but instead i add 50 or 25×2 of crunches. Still sweats alot, no change since day 3 yet Day 5: I just do this 1 time bcs I'm hanging out with My friends. And my arms really hurt today. I'm sorry guys, i dont update on day 6 bcs I'm really tired. But on day 6 i did the work out three time. And I'm not doing the work out on day 7 bcs i have a family vacation. So my conclusion on this workout is that this workout really working, but if want more result i recommend to do a calorie deficit too. this is not their workout per say, but part of their training with their dance teacher. It's pretty common among dancers to build up strength especially core to become a better dancer. We can see how much they worked through sakura and chaewon's improvements after le sserafim. they were always good performers but now they became amazing.
Doing this workout for week, two times every day. Day 1: Tried at first and couldn't get all the way through. Motivated myself aand did it twice, exsausting and was running out of breath doing them. Day 2: Had practice this day and fell asleep as soon as I got home. Day 3: First try was pretty easy till the burpees then kind of went downhill from there, I finished it though! Round 2 was a complete mess I kept passing out. I don't know if it was my anemia or just me not working out in a long time.. Day 4: Round one was particulary easy. I suprised myself doing the plank up and down because that is when I usually got tired halfway through, but I completed them fairly quickly. I got to the burpees, is when I started to slow down. Remember: Consistency is what creates results, if you work out for 10 hours straight in one day, you won’t see any results( or very little results) but if you work out just 5 minutes EVERY day, you’ll get to see results faster, CONSISTENCY is the key, consistency leads to progress, if you skip days bc you’re lazy and then do the workout twice the next day, the results will get more time to arrive. Important: You should also remember that sadly workouts make only the 30% of the weightloss, the other 70% is lost by a HEALTHY diet. Inspiration: Don’t be lazy c’mon, don’t you want to look at your mirror and see a beautiful body? Don’t you want clothes to fit you perfectly? Try easier workouts if you’re not up to for this one, but if you want a perfect body you must work for it.
I see how everyone is struggling in the comments, I understand it, ive been working out for a smaller waist for a bit trying to find the right exercise to it doesn't hurt too bad other than planks. I recommend u so it at your own pace while still doing all the things in the video, but only if you body can handle it

I added a bunch of other workouts into my workout playlist and did most of them!! This one just gets easier the more you do it and get used to it!! I was sweating still and I feel like I lost a ton of calories!! day 5 : (107.2 llbs!!) this morning I weighed myself I was 1 whole pound lighter! I was so surprised! Not only was I 107 llbs I was also 107.2?? Anyway, I did the workout today and it felt easier like always!

Так как съела кекс и печеньки овсяные с шоколадной крошкой 4 день: Выполнила✅ Все упражнения стало намного легче делать и я делаю меньше отдыхи между упражнениями. Съела опять много сладкого, завтра постараюсь себя ограничивать. Я перестану делать замеры и сделаю их в последний день 5 день: Выполнила✅ Старалась меньше есть сладкое 6 день: Не выполнила❎ Много домашки было, не было времени. Но мало поела. Día 2: Me senti motivada aunque me dolía el cuerpo de el dia 1, lo termine ✅️
Día 3: Estuvo mejor que los otros días, se me hicieron mas fáciles los ejercicios, lo termine bien, y he adelgazado un poquitito los brazos y la panza (así creo que se le llama), voy muy bien ✅️
Día 4: lo hize rápido y ya sin descansos, lo sentí mucho más fácil, y lo hice DOS veces, voy mejorando y empeze a ver resultados ✅️
Día 5: lo hice y lo sentí demasiado fácil, lo hice otra vez DOS veces, me siento muy motivada a seguir con esto ✅️
Día 6: lo hice sin pausas, sigo motivandome, aunque ayer comi un trozo de chocolate jsksj, a todo esto no he seguido una dieta, solo he estado comiendo más poquito y evito sodas y golosinas, ayer no me resistí, pero esta bien no hay problema jsjsj, esta vez lo hice DOS veces también ✅️

Remember: Consistency is what creates results, if you work out for 10 hours straight in one day, you won’t see any results( or very little results) but if you work out just 5 minutes EVERY day, you’ll get to see results faster, CONSISTENCY is the key, consistency leads to progress, if you skip days bc you’re lazy and then do the workout twice the next day, the results will get more time to arrive.
Important: You should also remember that sadly workouts make only the 30% of the weightloss, the other 70% is lost by a HEALTHY diet.
Inspiration: Don’t be lazy c’mon, don’t you want to look at your mirror and see a beautiful body? Don’t you want clothes to fit you perfectly? Try easier workouts if you’re not up to for this one, but if you want a perfect body you must work for it.

I see how everyone is struggling in the comments, I understand it, ive been working out for a smaller waist for a bit trying to find the right exercise to it doesn't hurt too bad other than planks. I recommend u so it at your own pace while still doing all the things in the video, but only if you body can handle it

day 1 - A PAIN 😭😭 made it through though!
day 2 - I felt better doing it, It got a bit easier! I physically felt skinnier.
day 3 (108llbs) - I weighed myself since my mom finally bought a new weigh! I feel a slight difference in my weight!!
day 4 : (108llbs still!!) I added a bunch of other workouts into my workout playlist and did most of them!! This one just gets easier the more you do it and get used to it!! I was sweating still and I feel like I lost a ton of calories!!
day 5 : (107.2 llbs!!) this morning I weighed myself I was 1 whole pound lighter! I was so surprised! Not only was I 107 llbs I was also 107.2?? Anyway, I did the workout today and it felt easier like always!

今までお腹痩せトレーニングなど一部に特化したトレーニングはしたことがありましたがこのトレーニングは全身がはぁはぁするような負荷をかけられて今まででいちばん効果を短期間で感じられることができて毎朝(余裕がある時は夜も)1回通しでやっています。
テクニックの要らない動きでやろうとしたらすぐ始められるのもいいです☝
悲しいことに体重はあまり変わってませんが太ももと下っ腹前面のぷにぷにが少しなくなりふくらはぎが明らかにシュッとなりました。あばら下の肉が酷いのでこれからも続けます、効果が出るといいなぁ。
余談ですが動画最初のユンジンが手バタバタしてる動きが好きすぎていつも飛ばさず見てしまいます(^ω^)

1 день: Выполнила✅ Было сложно, особенно под конец. Старалась есть меньше, съела немного торта
2 день: Выполнила на половину✅❎ Не смогла из-за экзаменов, была очень уставшая. Вес 54 кг
Замеры: Талия - 67; Низ живота - 75; Ляжки - 47; Грудь - 79; Бедра - 84
3 день: Выполнила✅ Сегодня взвесилась и уже 53 кг
Замеры: Талия - 65; Низ живота - 74; Ляжки - 48; Грудь - 79; Бедра - 84
Уже становится легче, сделаю ещё один подход. Так как съела кекс и печеньки овсяные с шоколадной крошкой
4 день: Выполнила✅ Все упражнения стало намного легче делать и я делаю меньше отдыхи между упражнениями. Съела опять много сладкого, завтра постараюсь себя ограничивать. Я перестану делать замеры и сделаю их в последний день
5 день: Выполнила✅ Старалась меньше есть сладкое
6 день: Не выполнила❎ Много домашки было, не было времени. Но мало поела. Из-за того что я ела много сладкого и в некоторые дни делала упражнения не полностью, я буду делать эти упражнения ещё неделю или две
7 день:
нужно объемы мерять, а не вес. мышцы весят больше жира +вода в организме и отек мышц после тренировок, так что вес может вырасти после упражнений

day 1: HOLY CRAP THIS WAS SO HARD, probably more hard because i lay in bed all day. i currently have like a cold or something also so it’s a bit harder! my legs hurt pretty bad but that’s okay!
day 2: today was pretty hard too because i’m more sick then i was yesterday! i did a bit less of the workout today but that’s okay :) hopefully everything will be easier when i’m better, this gave me a headache ngl!
day 3: pretty medium hardness level! i suck at the burpees though, i hate them so much :,) ! still a bit hard on everything tho because i’m sick! hopefully everything will be easier when i’m better
day 4: easier then the other days tbh! my arms hurt tho.
day 5: bit harder then yesterday; made my stomach, arms, and legs hurt :)
day 6: rest day!! but i’m gonna summarize everyday so far and the progress also tips! so for summary - everyday is hard but everyday also gets a bit easier, the burpees were really hard and i had some trouble on up and down plank. results/progress: im honestly not seeing many results but i don’t expect too since it’s only 6 days ! results are immediate loves! tips - a change in ur food is also required for results just to let u know; CARBS ARE OKAY! just make sure to drink a lot of water (also drink water before every meal) and take smaller portions of food that may contain carbs if you can! also each day TRY to higher ur amount of things u do for example: one day you do 25 jumping jacks, next you do 50 or something like that! don’t start off with 300 jumping jacks if you aren’t used to working out because your body cannot handle that
day 7: rest day!
day 8: made my legs hurt so much but i did it! 😭
day 9: did it!
day 10: did it ! starting to see a bit of change tbh :)
