This is actually a really fun, calming, warm-up workout! I recomend this to everybody. It is perfect to do daily waking up in the morning to get energy for the day!

@@mily8781 Well, I workout in the afternoon and I did this three days in a row. I was eating foods to help me debloat and I checked this morning (4th day) and my abs were POPPING.
Keep in mind, I do many other active things throughout my day. I'm an MMA fighter and cross country runner. I recommend doing other activities such as walking or cycling throughout your day to see the results sooner. But everything takes time, so don't get discouraged!!!

As a dancer, I'm supposed to keep a pretty fit body, but recently I kinda got out of shape, so I will be doing this for one week and tell you guys what happens. Dieting: As I am still a minor, I am unable to diet or fast. But what I do is control how much I eat each meal. For breakfast and lunch, I can eat quite a bit, but for dinner I try to eat as littl e as possible. And also if you have to eat something right before bed, It's best if you get rid of that habit. DAY 1: I did this workout before bed, I don't see much changes DAY 2: I did this workout after dinner, again don't see much differences DAY 3: I did this workout once, right before bed, and also this was after a very tiring day. My legs feel more tired than usual days, which is probably because I did 1hr of swimming today. But I feel like I'm starting to see small changes. My stomach doesn't feel as big as it used to, and I feel like it has started to go down. DAY 4: Just like yesterday, I had dancing till pretty late, so when I got back home I had to shower and stuff. But that didn't stop me from doing this workout. Around 10:51 PM, I started doing this workout and I finished it at 11:00. Near the end, probably because of dance, my legs were feeling really tired. But so far, I felt that my ab muscles are starting to get a bit tighter, but I haven't exactly went down any weight. DAY 5: For some reason, today’s workout felt very tiring… it might be a possibility that my period just came today. It looks like my waist became a bit tighter, but the fat isn’t gone yet. Maybe we have to do it longer for one week DAY 6: I had a very busy day today, so I wasn't able to add this workout in, however I did walk around a lot, so that might substitute for this workout. I also did have dance today, so that could also somehow substitute for this workout. Tomorrow is the last day, I can do it! DAY 7/ LAST DAY: I can't believe I reached it to the last day with taking only one break, which was day 6. Because usually when I do these workouts, I give up on the second or third day. But I've persevered for this one. I would just say that one week made my stomach a bit tighter, since I already do lots of activities daily, and I'm active throughout the day, so adding this workout might make it easier for this workout to work.
I’m going to do this workout along with a Wonyoung 7 min pilates workout and I will try and eat more healthier. I started doing it since January 1th 2024 and i want to glow up before summer starts! Current weight: 54.8 kg Goal weight: 46-47 kg Day 1✔️ - it burneddddd but it was so worth it!!! Day 2✔️ - did it but I binged with snacks :( Day 3✔️ - i ate healthy and after doing this workout I noticed a little of the ab lines and I am so proud!! Day 4 ✔- done! it started to become easier a little! Day 5-9 ❌ - i wasn't motivated and i failed eating healthier but im going to try again! Day 10 ✔ - proud for jumping back into my grind ( i also started doing other workouts and ate 3 meals ) Day 11✔ - done! Day 12❌ - busy day Day 13 ✔ - done! Day 14✔ - done! Okay so I will stop here bc I got bored of the exercises and they've gotten easier but I've noticed some abs forming even if i didn't eat healthy so this definetly works of you diet also!!!

Im overweight and tired of feeling exhausted and disgusting all the time [plus ive been bullied for being overweight] and im doing this so i feel better about myself and so i can be more active. hi guys, I’ve been doing this workout for around 2-3 weeks and the results are amazing! After the first few days the results were literally there and I had visible 11 abs.. my waist went down an inch and once you stay consistent the results kept getting better and better. Shirlyn.. you are a miracle worker, I’ve never felt so good about my physical body thanks to you! This is also a sign to stay consistent with your workouts because like they say you’ll feel it, then you’ll see it and then you’ll hear it! Have fun guys!

Current Weight : 70.3kg Goal weight : 60kg I started this today together with 15 minutes walk. For diet I’m doing intermittent fasting from the morning till 1pm. One large meal I want as long it’s balanced between protein, veggies and carbs, coffee and 1 snack of choice. I stop eating at 7pm everyday, and one cup of herbal tea before bed, and lots of water throughout the day. Will do weight check once every week. Day 1 ✅: it went well, kinda feel hungry but surprisingly energised. Day 2 ✅: completed! I’m so tired tho

I’ve been doing this exercise for 8 days now and the results r 😍😍. I feel so much happier, more refreshed and my stomach has gotten flatter!! I can even see some ab definition
Updating you guys every day! current weight: 47kg goals: 43kg-abs WEEK 1: Day 1: ✅I had trouble doing the side plank/knee crunches (no changes) Day 2: ✅I still had trouble doing the side planks/knee crunches but I'm probably not positioning myself right if my ankle hurts😭 (no changes) Day 3: ✅ I still had trouble doing that one exercise. (no changes) Day 4: ✅ That exercise is now a tiny bit easier :> (no changes) Day 4: ❌ I took a little break (my stomach got a little flatter) Day 5: ❌ Retook a break (no changes) Day 6: ❌/✅ I got a cramp halfway for some reason which hurt BAD (I get a tiny less bloated) Day 7: ❌ I went to the mall for boxing day which means I could not do it (I walked a lot tho) Results: on day 8 i did it 1 1/2 times and the same with day nine so i lost 1.1 kg and i did not diet cause i ate like popeyes and sugary stuff im now at 45.9 kg no abs sadly but atleast my weight is down!

Doing this workout for 1 month!😭 Current: Weight: 43.12 Kgs Height:159.5 cms Goal: Weight: 40 Kgs Height: 164 cms Day 1: Its didnt hurt asuch because I have done many before including Wonyoungs workout... But It burned alot! 😅 Day 2: Its was better, It burened but not as much as Day 1 but U need yo drink alot of water or ur gonna get dehydrated 😅😊 Day 3/4: It was wayyy easier and I 😢started to see the results a little, Not too much! @@sreshtap5689 If U keep practicing, It actually turned out very well!!! I had to do it for more than 2 months but if you want results fast, U have to do everything. But don't pressure yourself, I almost felt like fainting a lot of the time. I recommend drinking a lot of water and rest for at least 20 seconds after each workout....but If u want results fast, U have to do everything! It works pretty well so yea! U can do it!!!

@@Valenslk so, I haven’t been consistent enough because I’ve been extremely busy, but I can see that my Abs are more define than before and this dress that didn’t really fit now looks and feels great to wear. I also measured myself before and I lost 5 inches! I think if I am more consistent then I’ll have better results, but I recommend!!!

I’ve heard some of my friends or parents say that it’s good to start young because you’ll have experience when you’ll older, and as a 10 yr, I’ve been doing this exercise for about a month and I’m starting to see good results! The Le sserafim workout has gotten easier for me and I’ve lost some weight. My waist lost some weight and same for my legs so Im really happy about how much I’ve come to, thank you for sharing this workout with us and for helping us to reach our goals!

As a person who started working out at your age, please don’t do this to your body! You’ll most likely lose the weight around middle school. Although I’m not advising to never workout, simple stretches and exercises would do the job of becoming stronger. But I’m glad that there are kids trying to improve their health.

I don't necessarily want to lose weight but for those interested I'm : 50kg for 160cm Day1 : I had trouble staying put for some but I thought it would be more painful! Day2: It was complicated that day I'm tired! but i'm glad i did! Day3: i felt bad today so i did these exercises at the end of the day it was painful but i feel better and i did it!! Day4: I don't see any physical change (I don't pay attention to my diet) the exercises are easier! Day5: I don't think I can do tomorrow because I've aches but I succeeded with more ease I feel lighter in my pants Day6/7: I took a weekend break! Day8: it was just too hard i'm tired!!!! Even if I eat badly my stomach remains very flat! Day9: My waist is thinner! Day10: I'm going to stop these exercises it's no longer fun! Conclusion: I’ve not lost weight because I do not pay attention to my diet but my waist is really slimmer I feel better! ThankYouuu
doing this for a week every day: DAY 1 - oml the first one killed me bc I couldn’t keep my legs off the ground and the side plank knee crunch thing also bc my feet would slip and I couldn’t stand like her 😭 DAY 2 - much easier because for some reason I could actually keep my legs off the ground for the first one (leg raises) and managed to not slip on the knee side crunch thing! the plank ups and downs killed my wrist tho. I can start to feel a difference! DAY 3

As a dancer, I'm supposed to keep a pretty fit body, but recently I kinda got out of shape, so I will be doing this for one week and tell you guys what happens.
Dieting: As I am still a minor, I am unable to diet or fast. But what I do is control how much I eat each meal. For breakfast and lunch, I can eat quite a bit, but for dinner I try to eat as littl e as possible. And also if you have to eat something right before bed, It's best if you get rid of that habit.
DAY 1: I did this workout before bed, I don't see much changes
DAY 2: I did this workout after dinner, again don't see much differences
DAY 3: I did this workout once, right before bed, and also this was after a very tiring day. My legs feel more tired than usual days, which is probably because I did 1hr of swimming today. But I feel like I'm starting to see small changes. My stomach doesn't feel as big as it used to, and I feel like it has started to go down.
DAY 4: Just like yesterday, I had dancing till pretty late, so when I got back home I had to shower and stuff. But that didn't stop me from doing this workout. Around 10:51 PM, I started doing this workout and I finished it at 11:00. Near the end, probably because of dance, my legs were feeling really tired. But so far, I felt that my ab muscles are starting to get a bit tighter, but I haven't exactly went down any weight.
DAY 5: For some reason, today’s workout felt very tiring… it might be a possibility that my period just came today. It looks like my waist became a bit tighter, but the fat isn’t gone yet. Maybe we have to do it longer for one week
DAY 6: I had a very busy day today, so I wasn't able to add this workout in, however I did walk around a lot, so that might substitute for this workout. I also did have dance today, so that could also somehow substitute for this workout. Tomorrow is the last day, I can do it!
DAY 7/ LAST DAY: I can't believe I reached it to the last day with taking only one break, which was day 6. Because usually when I do these workouts, I give up on the second or third day. But I've persevered for this one. I would just say that one week made my stomach a bit tighter, since I already do lots of activities daily, and I'm active throughout the day, so adding this workout might make it easier for this workout to work.

hi guys, I’ve been doing this workout for around 2-3 weeks and the results are amazing! After the first few days the results were literally there and I had visible 11 abs.. my waist went down an inch and once you stay consistent the results kept getting better and better.
Shirlyn.. you are a miracle worker, I’ve never felt so good about my physical body thanks to you! This is also a sign to stay consistent with your workouts because like they say you’ll feel it, then you’ll see it and then you’ll hear it! Have fun guys!

I started this today together with 15 minutes walk.
For diet I’m doing intermittent fasting from the morning till 1pm. One large meal I want as long it’s balanced between protein, veggies and carbs, coffee and 1 snack of choice. I stop eating at 7pm everyday, and one cup of herbal tea before bed, and lots of water throughout the day.
Will do weight check once every week.
Day 1 ✅: it went well, kinda feel hungry but surprisingly energised.
Day 2 ✅: completed! I’m so tired tho

I’ve been doing this exercise for 8 days now and the results r 😍😍. I feel so much happier, more refreshed and my stomach has gotten flatter!! I can even see some ab definition

Day 1: ✅I had trouble doing the side plank/knee crunches (no changes)
Day 2: ✅I still had trouble doing the side planks/knee crunches but I'm probably not positioning myself right if my ankle hurts😭 (no changes)
Day 3: ✅ I still had trouble doing that one exercise. (no changes)
Day 4: ✅ That exercise is now a tiny bit easier :> (no changes)
Day 4: ❌ I took a little break (my stomach got a little flatter)
Day 5: ❌ Retook a break (no changes)
Day 6: ❌/✅ I got a cramp halfway for some reason which hurt BAD (I get a tiny less bloated)
Day 7: ❌ I went to the mall for boxing day which means I could not do it (I walked a lot tho)
Results: on day 8 i did it 1 1/2 times and the same with day nine so i lost 1.1 kg and i did not diet cause i ate like popeyes and sugary stuff im now at 45.9 kg no abs sadly but atleast my weight is down!

@@sreshtap5689 If U keep practicing, It actually turned out very well!!! I had to do it for more than 2 months but if you want results fast, U have to do everything. But don't pressure yourself, I almost felt like fainting a lot of the time. I recommend drinking a lot of water and rest for at least 20 seconds after each workout....but If u want results fast, U have to do everything! It works pretty well so yea! U can do it!!!

@@Valenslk so, I haven’t been consistent enough because I’ve been extremely busy, but I can see that my Abs are more define than before and this dress that didn’t really fit now looks and feels great to wear. I also measured myself before and I lost 5 inches! I think if I am more consistent then I’ll have better results, but I recommend!!!

I’ve heard some of my friends or parents say that it’s good to start young because you’ll have experience when you’ll older, and as a 10 yr, I’ve been doing this exercise for about a month and I’m starting to see good results! The Le sserafim workout has gotten easier for me and I’ve lost some weight. My waist lost some weight and same for my legs so Im really happy about how much I’ve come to, thank you for sharing this workout with us and for helping us to reach our goals!

As a person who started working out at your age, please don’t do this to your body! You’ll most likely lose the weight around middle school. Although I’m not advising to never workout, simple stretches and exercises would do the job of becoming stronger. But I’m glad that there are kids trying to improve their health.

I don't necessarily want to lose weight but for those interested I'm : 50kg for 160cm
Day1 : I had trouble staying put for some but I thought it would be more painful!
Day2: It was complicated that day I'm tired! but i'm glad i did!
Day3: i felt bad today so i did these exercises at the end of the day it was painful but i feel better and i did it!!
Day4: I don't see any physical change (I don't pay attention to my diet) the exercises are easier!
Day5: I don't think I can do tomorrow because I've aches but I succeeded with more ease I feel lighter in my pants
Day6/7: I took a weekend break!
Day8: it was just too hard i'm tired!!!! Even if I eat badly my stomach remains very flat!
Day9: My waist is thinner!
Day10: I'm going to stop these exercises it's no longer fun!
Conclusion: I’ve not lost weight because I do not pay attention to my diet but my waist is really slimmer I feel better!

OMG IM DYING!! this is soo hard! I will try to do this routine until I can do ir comfortably and easily! I think that may take lots of time jejej ! 💪

Day 1: ✅ many moves were hard because I have really bad strength in my abs. I really did burn!

Day 1- It was definitely hard but I was able to complete it

I’ve been procrastinating working out for months but I want to start over winter break

doing this for a week every day:
DAY 1 - oml the first one killed me bc I couldn’t keep my legs off the ground and the side plank knee crunch thing also bc my feet would slip and I couldn’t stand like her 😭
DAY 2 - much easier because for some reason I could actually keep my legs off the ground for the first one (leg raises) and managed to not slip on the knee side crunch thing! the plank ups and downs killed my wrist tho. I can start to feel a difference!
