Very clear illustration on method of cooking this dish and many safety tips given also. My hubby loves this dish. Always find difficult to prepare Mei Choy as it has lots of sand and deep fry the pork belly very risky and scary. Will take some of my courage to try out your method again one day. But will it still taste good if skip the deep frying process?

好久沒吃這個好吃的菜了 學到了妳的梅菜豬肉的做法以後在外面買不到就自己diy自已動手煮。 我的家裏有一個 旋轉脫水器 可以用來快速先給洗好了的梅菜先脱水再去煎乾 可以省時省能源一点, 但是未知会不会影响口感。。。edit: 讚! 感謝分享 !
脫水器好用,但可能用於梅菜不夠乾,可用乾毛巾包著梅菜轉一下,也是一種方法。 : )
完美的扣肉!完美的讲解!非常喜欢甜的梅菜扣肉,可是我这只能买到咸的梅菜,所以每次做的时候会加些切碎的红枣和梅菜一起。也祝您新春快乐万事如意!
这种的梅菜,江浙一帶,或广東客家,福建西部都不难找,潮汕地區可能只能買到湿的梅菜.鹹的或甜的。

真的是非常详细,把每个要注意的细节都说的很清楚,最神奇的是好像也没什么废话,看完觉得很明白,也很舒服,有试一试的欲望。上个星期学做这道菜的时候,连找三个做法才明白各个步骤,如如何选梅菜,如何发,如何让肉皮好看又入味等等
