Aunty, I live in Denmark with my little family. My father loved to make this dish when he was alive. It’s one of my favorite homemade dish. Thank you so much for making and sharing your recipe! I’m very inspired to make this dish for my little family for CNY since I can’t visit home during the CNY. May I kindly ask do I keep this dish in the fridge or freezer if I make extra? Don’t put this in freezer because braised pork suppose to melt in your mouth .. after your freeze the braised pork then thaw the pork .. can you imagine the results of the pork. So my mother keep it in the fridge and this dish usually doesn’t last long 😬
