What's funny is as a kid I absolutely hated this dish my dad would make it force mento eat it, the texture was just too gross and I would do the fake throwing up thing kids do when they dont wanna eat somethjng. My dad passed away almost 20 yrs ago and Now I'm 46 yrs old and order this at restaurants all the time and love it 😂

I don’t have a problem freezing the pork because you need to blanch it anyway for 10-15 minutes. Saves me the step of defrosting.

After cooked, can freeze it. Defrost and steam for about 20-30mins when you want to consume ☺️🙏🏻

一般一个半小时以上才软烂,3个小时太久了。
請問份量那麼多怎麼保存,要吃時是不是要再蒸一下
把它冷冻,要吃的时候一定要解冻,再蒸15-20分钟。

中国超市去买一种叫淀粉的袋装白色粉末 回家用一汤匙的淀粉加水小半杯水稀释之后 倒在那个汤汁里面 会使汤汁变稠 像浆糊一样 容易粘在扣肉上 吃的时候更加好吃
