Always enjoy these types of videos! Even though the weather is getting warmer, any meals/snacks you can share that can be eaten warm or at room temperature would be great (fridge or freezer cold foods are hard for me to digest). Also, a fridge organization video would be fabulous! Thanks 😊

First time viewer🙌🏽I lost 85 pds by doing keto and intermittent fasting, but to be honest I miss healthy carbs especially fruit and beans, I’m starting to integrate healthy carbs back to my eating lifestyle , I love these meal ideas they look filling and healthy😋

Love this so many great ideas! Quick question, when you said you switched to marine collagen because it’s more effective for skin hair nails, what did you switch from? Is it more effective than bovine collagen? Or were you previously using something else? Thanks!
I switched to decaf for my stomach and it made such a difference. I think u are right it's mostly psychological with coffee in the morning

I just had a bowl for lunch too. Our Trader Joe’s is out of stock of tahini so I’ve been substituting my dressings. I had a tub of hummus in the fridge that wasn’t getting eaten because we didn’t like the flavor. I made it into dressing by mixing some with water, rice vinegar, Siracha, and maple syrup. I also like me some peanut sauce dressing by mixing 2 tablespoons of PB2, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter, siracha, soy sauce, water, and maple syrup. Love them!

Could you do a daily eating without meat? Once or twice a week a like to go a whole day without meat to give my body a rest. I would love some more hearty veggie options that still pack on the protein!

Love love your WIEIAD videos. Your recipes have seriously changed the way I eat. Praise 🙌 I do have a question that I've always wondered about protein. I have all of your plant proteins, love them, so delicious! So I know I should be getting protein in after a workout but what about the days I do not work out? You mentioned you try to get in like 5 20g servings of protein a day, would you still try that if you had a rest day? Essentially, like can you overdo protein and should I still be trying to get in protein on days I do not work out? Thanks in advance! Seriously love all of your videos.

I also struggle with Hashimoto's and can completely relate when you said you sometimes almost feel "drunk"; however, didn't think it would be related to caffeine! Maybe I need to cut back on caffeine as well.

All right so the final answer on the sheets is pottery barn for me. I have a quite a selection go check it out super soft ones made from loycel or however the hell you spell that. They have good stuff

Hi Katie - how soon before bed do you have the protein? I hear what you are saying about the benefits of having protein before bed. I have your proteins and love them but I usually stop eating between 6 and 7 pm for the night. Thanks!
You can eat them anytime!❤️ You can even mix them with slumber party 30 min before bed!

Question about the protein powder, I just been confused in the in the way you should consume protein drinks just because I hear they make you gain weight if you don’t exercise, but what if your taking them for food swaps can that make you gain weight as well!? Should you be exercising all the time when consuming protein powder drinks!?
