Haha Katie I think of you every time I take multiple carts back people have left behind. My hubby is one of those people (he's always too anxious to get on to the next task of the day) so bringing more than one back at a time satisfies my type A personality, and hopefully makes up for the ones he's left behind lol

@@LoveSweatFitness it might be cool to have your team make mini videos of who they are, what inspires them. Pretty cool you've been able to hire a staff and office. My family is primarily entrepreneurs so I see the great strides you've made with your company. Your grocery halls are great, Christmas tour of your house last year was fun. The workout clothes try on was fun. When u filmed the marathon, your Vegas trip with outfit was cool. Maybe a New Years prep date night Covid style and outfit. I think I will dress up no matter if I'm at home. You always have great content. Really appreciative of being with LSF and having this community. Keeps me sane 🙂🥰

Even though I couldn't watch all your videos, you've inspired me a lot. I have to study so hard to get into my fave college. So I couldn't get myself to be active and that's a big problem since I suffer from hypothyroidism. Now I think of you every time I'm tired of going to gym and u inspire me. Thank you

I don’t like eating food early in the morning much anymore but my stomach takes over I do wish I could get that Nordic track so beautiful katie some plant based doesn’t taste good but some does
I totally get that. I usually push back my breakfast until around 10 or 11 am and I just wait till I am hungry!

What kind of workouts do you recommend for someone with herniated discs?? I miss working out and need it for my mental health
I would start with walking for some low-impact exercise. I would also advise checking with your doctor to see what they see is fit.
WOW!!! That NordicTrack bike is insane amazing!! Nice to be able to switch it up from the Treadmill or walks outside (but I mean let's be honest, you live near the beach!!) Always love your videos. Im watching you wash your face and moisturize. Lately my face has been so sensitive and extra dry. I have hashimoto's so my skin is supper dry. I put aveno moisteraiser and rose oil still not enough. Can you or anyone recomend a GOOD moisturizer? Plseeee

We have been building out our garage with all my workout stuff, basically all I need is the new LSF workout gear we just released and I'm good!
Are you dairy-free? If so, how did you identify that you were lactose intolerant? I get really bloated whenever I have more than a cup of dairy products. However, I can eat lots of Greek yogurt (goat yogurt) all the time! This makes no sense!!!!
I'm so the same! I'm totally good with Greek yogurt but not really with other dairy. I can have grass-fed cheese but if I eat a lot of cheese or eat it regularly my stomach isn't happy

I actually think you look great more natural, without the tan. Obviously however YOU feel best is what matters most. But just saying, you definitely don't need the tan to look amazing. 😘
