Do you girls add any supplements daily?
I take sulbutiamine every morning with coconut oil (in my Rasa), and Magnesium glycinate an hour before bed.
Oh yes multivitamin and collagen. And I really want to try your wing woman because I heard that it’s amazing. I also take a pre-and probiotic every day and it’s changed my life.
When I was pregnant I took iron & a prenatal gummy that was supposed to be absorbed better by the body but I just purchased my persona vitamins (with your link; thank you girl) I’m dying to try the pep rally & miss congeniality though. I’m trying to support my family on my single income as an admin so I have to budget. People know what I want for Christmas 😉🥰
I take a vegan multivitamin, omega 3, iron and pre/pro/postbiotic

I take 14 vitamins every other day depending how I feel if it's necessary needed or not . Hair, skin, teeth, nails, eyes, vagina. I take all of those depending on how my body feels & reacts on a daily basis. I do this along with my self care routine twice or 3 times a day. Im working on the diet part although my appetite had suppressed past 5 months with a somewhat temptation of fatty food, I lost 42 lbs
from May - July.
Before: 282 , & Now: 242
Don't give up consistently is key to success trust yourself & the results for yourself. Everyone is different.

I LOVE PEP RALLY SO FREAKING MUCH! It tastes so good and I feel like my body feels better absorbing caffeine from matcha than coffee/energy drinks. I also just trust you to only stand by good, clean products so I'm grateful for all you do to share your knowledge! Hi I use collagene vital proteins, green juice, miss congeniality, and a vit c supplement plus wing woman daily and feel a lot better for it. Miss Pep Rally i love to take with my green juice when I workout in the morning

Zinc is good for immunity. Vitamin D and C too
@@SKuhn I totally get that! I truly believe my Wing Woman is incredible and knock on wood I haven't been sick in years! I also recommend making sure you're taking a good multivitamin to make sure your foundation is covered which is why I LOVE persona!
