Do you meal prep at all?
Yep , just like you have described on the weekend. I prep plain proteins and have organic bagged salads on hand too. Those are my meal anchors as well as low carb veggies like broccoli, cauliflower etc. And equally as important have low calorie sweet treats too! Balance
Yes, but I should do it every weekend, and sometimes I don't. This gives me ambition! When I do, I cook dried beans or brown rice in the Instant Pot, grill extra chicken or steam veggies, or I make egg bites with veggies for a fast breakfast.
I try to meal prep at least one meal usually lunch but I struggle with consistency. @iamcprice
Yes @Love Sweat Fitness! I cook once a week because I don't have time to do it everyday due to work, but I am happy to eat the same the entire week... hehe my user name is : @ally shel
Yes, but I just prep my proteins and carbs ready to go
I’m just starting my weight loss journey journey to lower my current body fat percentage of 49%. This meal prep strategy totally removed the meal prep anxiety. Thank you and hugs to that cute belly❤️🍼
literally was just sitting with my husband and thinking about meals and going back to the basics of bowls and all the items you talked about. What I struggle with are the sauces because I don’t like to eat my lettuce dry or my bowls dry so always trying to find the healthier sauces to drizzle on top. I think I could drizzle hummus on just about every bowl! Or like creamy cilantro dressing’s using plain Greek yogurt. Thanks for the encouragement
Very practical because I also prefer eating whatever I’m in the mood for and not necessarily what I “prepped”
Doing grocery orders are very helpful too because then you don’t buy extra things and you can see what you have at home.
We work from home and dinner is our biggest issue and so time consuming! I would love to see a dinner ingredient prep with ideas on how to use all of the healthy ingredients through out the week. I love the idea of prepping different ingredients to use throughout the week. I do not like eating the same lunch and dinner everyday either!
Sundays are my prep days as well!! Thank you for these extra tips!! They really helped me out!
I absolutely love your meal prep videos!!
Love these! Thanks for being so real! ❣️
Thanks for the tips
Thanks for all the great tips!
Love the tips, so easy to implement!
Very insightful
Started meal prepping once I had my baby...definitely makes eating healthy easier and faster!

Love these tips! Very helpful for getting back into meal prepping!
Love your tips. Meal prep is so important.
Thank you Katie!Loved this video and all your ideas are great!
I love your tips, they are helpful
Great tips thanks!
I enjoy a hearty oatmeal usually for lunch and will prep several of those for the weeks~some overnight oats, or make a creation and heat it yet put it in the fridge. Some breakfast & evening dessert/snacks would be nice to see. I enjoy having a treat about an hour or two after dinner w/a decaf latte. 👸
thanks, this video was very useful! 🤩
You look so pretty pregnant! (And non pregnant!)
So true about starting w one meal!
I love prepping my overnight oats because breakfast is my favorite.
xo💜
Love your recipes ❤️✨
Love your videos 👍✨
love it !!!
im going to start meal prep on sunday . for breakfast & dinners for lowcarb !
I use your meal prep tips all the time. Thanks for more tips!
Thanks for sharing these tips. I would like to see some lunch idea's.
I love how simplistic these tips are! 1 and 2 are my go to's now because I get overwhelmed with cooking so having the one thing prepped helps a lot. Lunches are also my hardest so I try to prepare for that ahead as well, which has saved me a bunch. Great video Katie!
Thank you for this video. As someone who is getting into beginner fitness, this was very helpful.
Very interesting tips
Yes every Sunday
I loved this, and especially you talking about variety. That's always been my problem with meal prepping, I can't eat the same thing every other day, I like being able to throw together something different if I feel like it!
I try to meal prep and sometimes feel overwhelmed so this helps me with ideas to make it easier 😊I don’t have IG so I catch your videos here
Just love these videos and you! Thanks babe! Xo
Thanks Lisa! Glad you enjoyed it :)
I was just thinking that I need to start meal prepping dinner. So, this video was very timely and helpful!
I want to start meal prepping! My goal is to be better with nutrition this month! Great tips ❤️
Kate thanks for posting this video because I have some lower stomach fat that I’m really self conscious about. This will really help me a lot thank you again 🥰🥰
I love this
Very helpful video, Thanks so much Katie! Couldn’t have been more timely. Unfortunate injury set-back prohibiting my exercise for next 4-5 weeks so diet will be crucial during this sedentary time 😘
Am joining this plan
I like to meal prep on Sundays and it helps my week go better and I am aware of my nutrition when I meal prep ❤️❤️
this is so helpful for my household because on Sunday is our day to prep and I always find myself overwhelmed also any tips as to what is the best quinoa the one I have is very fine and it turns our musshy, my husband does the grocery shopping and I have to remember to put on the list what we need, thank you for this videos soooo helpful for me
Hi Katie :-) I am new to your channel and I just love your videos !! You are so inspiring !!! Congratulations to you and your husband and baby !! You are going to be awesome parents ! I am 43 years old and so proud of my daughter of almost seven years old. Being a parent is the best thing :-) My husband and I also waited more than 10 years to decide to have one child and we are blessed ! Your baby is so blessed to have you both :-) I can relate when you talk about hypothyroidism, I have this for 20 years now and I am struggling with my weight since after the birth of my daughter. I will watch your videos for exercice and meal prep for sure ! Thank you for sharing such great content.
So happy you found LSF! And thanks for all the kinds words :)
I like the idea of having ingredients you can use for multiple meals rather than just having the exact same thing all the time. Thanks for sharing!
Love these tips! Funnily enough i noticed the Brussels sprouts are huge now I know why only 5 in a di nner. Here in holland they are ti ny. Lol. Thanks for sharing these tips. X0 louise
Good job
I cook SO much more now that I have an Instapot! I made a sesame, peanut chicken the other day that literally took 10 minutes! Good tips as always. Would love some tips for the weekend for those of us who don't necessarily love to eat healthy all the time. I def do during the week, but on the weekend honestly I'm tired of veggies, cooking or prepping anything, etc. and I don't really want to make or eat a bunch of healthy stuff (mainly dinners) 😛
Best recipes!
@emillygracegray
Love it! I was wondering how often you cook protein ie chicken as it can only store in the fridge for a day or two as it goes really dry
Love the idea of switching from a pan to an air fryer to cook veggies! May have to buy. Any chance you can do a video where you show what healthy sides you make in your air fryer?☺️
An air fryer will change your life! Also, I love some proteins in mine -- shrimp, chicken, and tofu are my favorites!
Nice.
Love it! I was wondering how often you cook protein ie chicken as it can only store in the fridge for a day or two as it goes really dry. Also, how often do you buy veggies ie spinach as it goes off so quickly and so much is wasted as I can't eat it all myself. Also, where did you get your top it's so cute! 😍
Would you be able to give a link for your instant pot? I didn’t see it in the description box. 😊
You are really helping me, I love your videos. Do you have a pre-made list of items you buy at the grocery store? Oils and healthy seasonings included… like as if you never bought healthy foods before?
So happy to hear that! Yes, I have a big list in my meal plans and recipe book + the plans to lay all the meals out. Have you checked them out yet? my.lovesweatfitness.com
I’m definitely planning to do those strawberry protein bites! But I may sub pb protein for a pb & j vibe 🤤
Taco bowls are always a go to in my house…they please everyone!
Something about Sundays… same, girl!
Thanks for these tips, Katie! Any suggestions for cutting sweet potatoes? They are so tough to cut, and I find that is a reason I avoid them, although I know they are such a great and healthy food.
I stick the point of the knife in the potato slightly first and then cut down from there. I also find that a little bit of a larger knife works better for me.
I know this sounds lazy but I swear by it. Frozen, pre cut, sweet potato cubes! I get them at Walmart.
I did meal prep years ago rice veggies covered in hotsauce & cheese
Good
I need to know where you got those jars from!
Also, what do you use as far as spices when you cook quinoa? I tried it and I’m not a fan, but would like to eat it bc it’s so good for u. I usually eat brown rice, sweet pot
cool
Thank you for this vid hugs. Nonyaloryd
What instapot are you using?
Can you do a pregnancy what I eat it a day/what I eat in a week even?
I have hypothyroidism and PCOS.. after 3+ years of trying I am finally pregnant (only 5 weeks right now) and trying to get some more nutritional meal ideas that will be good for pregnancy. ❤️
Hi! I was wondering what type of blender you used in the video and air fryer (and it’s size). Bc I have a air fryer and feel it takes forever bc of the amount that I have to cook, so I end up doing it in the oven.
Have you got any tips for someone who doesn’t eat fruit or veg? I have tried different ways of cooking and preparing them but I always struggle to swallow them x
I'm so picky as far as vegetables and the quinoa what fo you recommend for pickie eaters. Help.
Can you sand me some recipes and diet recipes 😊
Hmmmm
Please more videos like this!!! You look beautiful 😍💚💙🤰🙏
💯❤️
👍
Hello! Why do you choose Coconut Aminos over a low sodium soy sauce? Thanks!
I think because soy sauce has gluten and she steers clear from it having hypothyroidism.
I tried to meal prep but fridge is not big so just try to have things cut up or separated in containers .thank u for your awesome videos . _vick_d_
I’ll marinate my chicken Saturday
❤
Do everything else Sunday
Can you please make a vegetarian protein version Please? I'm so overweight since having my 3rd baby
My LSF Nutrition protein is vegetarian/vegan :) check it out! my.lovesweatfitness.com/collections/lsf-organic-plant-based-protein-powders
I’m the one who buys groceries and then not sure what to make when I get home. I have to find a recipe then buy the ingredients. I wish I can just whip up something that I already have the ingredients for.
Have you checked out my meal plan? Makes life so much easier!
@lee.tazxoxo I’ve stayed away from meal prep because it just seems daunting, but I liked your idea to season the proteins a little less so you can use it in different meal ideas. Thanks for the tips again and happy pregnancy
🧡🧡🧡
😘
Wait, CHEESE is a healthy fat?!
Yes it is! : )
@jessicahhhx We love to see it!! ✨
Very helpful video. Thank you for faithfully uploading delicious and healthy, and inspiring videos!! I can't wait to try some of these. Love your~ @bulinnuo
I do a mix between meal prep and “winging it” depending on time I have and what I’m feeling like eating 😅 Usually Sundays are my day to get something accomplished for the week. I got some fresh produce from my garden today so going to incorporate that into the mix today! @ashultzfit
@_melaniesantos
I love ALL of your tips!!!!!
So helpful! Thank you!!!
karnesjessica
I'm a nutrition student and these ideas are great not only for myself, but also for my clients who struggle with eating healthy. keeping these in my back pocket! @jaimeekimmel
Shout out to the Peanut Butter Protein Powder!! One scoop mixed with Wing women, chef's kiss! It's like being a kid again! the best PB+J alternative. 😉
@abiboomeg
As someone who has hypothyroidism I am so happy that I can relate to you and learn from you! 😘😘 @mrsglamazda
These tips were so helpful!! Alt_key
I do very little meal prep because I never know how long things last and how to reheat them. There seems to be just a lot to know but your videos definitely help to simplify it all. Thank you 💕 @emilykenneyfit
Loved this video! You have helped me so much when it comes to meal prepping and just making healthy recipes, or just cooking in general lol
@compassionatehouse
