One thing you may want to try....I normally saute my garlic and onions with some olive oil in the instapot, then I add rice, water, and a dash of salt (or broth, like you did.) The saute makes it REALLY good, otherwise it has no taste :(

Yes, I diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 11 - I have several videos on it. Definitely check those out - but the way I’ve changed my diet has completely changed how I feel my energy levels, my sleep and of course help me lose weight. Also have a specific meal plan for this dives into best foods to eat, ones to avoid etc.

So you notice a difference when you eat out once? If I eat anything highly processed, I feel like I gain 5 pounds and break out. I'm sure I have food sensitivity but it's pretty insane how bad it gets. Also wondering how many times a week you would suggest weight training when you're pregnant?
Yes totally! The salt especially will make me so bloated! It’s recommended to stick with your normal fitness routine while pregnant - modifying as needed as you progress - but I trained my normal 3 days of strength 3 days of cardio

How do you keep the salads fresh? How long can the last?
Around 5 day - I"ve had them last the longest at 7 day. The trick is to pack the lettuce full in the top to minimize the air in it.
