Yes. Katie I have a problem with nutrition right now. I know I need to eat all the healthy foods but I'm in the middle of starting a small food business and I'm always testing recipes. I find its hard to lose weight because the food I'm testing isnt healthy at all.

Your App is FANTASTIC!! I used to pay 159.00 per month! You design workouts knowing the female body. Woot woot 🙌u rock Katie!! How does it feel to open your app to workout and see yourself as the image? 🙂. I have those Adidas clouds. So comfy. I heard Colorful Koala on Amazon has really good leggings too! Haven’t tried them personally though. I have gotten a few workout tops that were amazing! No need to spend so much on workout gear to look cute and be comfy. I’ve never purchased anything Lululemon, Gym Shark, etc. and probably never will.

Katie- I am hypothyroid. I was wondering how much time do you leave between the thyroid meds and apple cider vinegar?
Depends on the day, but usually like 30 min to 1 hour
@@LoveSweatFitness thanks. Then how long do you wait to have your coffee. I had been drinking the apple cider vinegar at night. I have my coffee with collagen creamer one hour after I take my levothyroxine. Just trying to figure out how to do this all in the morning.

Im a 14 year old girl, 5´3 and about 170 lbs, I wouldnt say Im too fat but i would really like to become more slim. Ive been struggling with this my whole life and would like some feedback. My face is pretty chubby and i mostly want to have smaller thighs and a thinner waist. Do you have any tips I will appreciate it. I was suppose to start highschool but we are online so I would like to be taller and thinner by the next school year

There are both free and paid workouts in the app.
I used to get a rash under my bra line, too! 😝 So now I always use Body Glide under my sports bra line and problem solved.

I’m curious about the fabric of the leggings. Are they slick like a more athletic type of apparel or are they softer like the Lululemon Aligns?

I have hashimoto's and i know i have to exercise but when i do i feel like i got ran over... for those who suffer from it know what i mean. I. Scared to start lol.
Don't be scared to start, once you build that routine, it will change a lot for you.
